Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control, Dallas, Texas, was awarded a $364,637,120 firm-fixed-price domestic and foreign military sales (Romania) contract for Army Tactical Missile Guided Missile and Launching Assembly Service Life Extension program. One bid was solicited with one bid received. Work will be performed in Dallas, Texas; Lufkin, Texas; Camden, Arizona; Vergennes, Vermont; Boulder, Colorado; Middletown, Connecticut; Clearwater, Florida; St. Louis, Missouri; Joplin, Missouri; and Cincinnati, Ohio; with an estimated completion date of March 26, 2020. Fiscal 2017 and 2018 research, development, test and evaluation; foreign military sales; overseas contingency operation; and aircraft procurement (Army) funds in the combined amount of $145,854,848 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-18-C-0078).

General Dynamics Land Systems, Sterling Heights, Michigan, was awarded a $258,631,225 modification (0002 01) to contract W56HZV-17-D-B020 for the upgrade of Stryker flat bottom vehicles to the double V-hull configuration. Work will be performed in Sterling Heights, Michigan, with an estimated completion date of March 31, 2020. Fiscal 2018 procurement of weapons and tracked combat vehicles funds in the amount of $258,631,225 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Warren, Michigan, is the contracting activity.

L3 Technologies Inc., Londonderry, New Hampshire (W91CRB-18-D-0007); and Optics 1 Inc., Bedford, New Hampshire (W91CRB-18-D-0008), will compete for each order of the $236,019,734 firm-fixed-price contract for the Small Tactical Optical Rifle Mounted Micro-Laser Range Finder. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 20, 2025. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

General Dynamics – OTS Inc., Williston, Vermont, was awarded a $149,163,995 modification (P00094) to foreign military sales (Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Kenya, Jordan, Nigeria and Qatar) contract W31P4Q-14-C-0154 for the procurement of various quantities of M151, M274, M257, M278, M156, M264, M278, and WTU-1/B, rockets, warheads, motors and, or, associated components. Work will be performed in Williston, Vermont; and Hampton, Arizona, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2021. Fiscal 2016, 2017 and 2018 other procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $149,163,995 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

System Studies & Simulation Inc.,* Huntsville, Alabama, was awarded a $10,165,810 modification (000012) to contract W31P4Q-09-A-0019 to provide technical support services to the Precision Fire and Missile Systems Project Office. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of March 31, 2019. Fiscal 2018, 2019 and 2020 other procurement (Army); operations and maintenance (Army); and research, development, test and evaluation funds in the combined amount of $10,165,810 were obligated at the time of the award. Federal Contracting Inc., doing business as Bryan Construction, Colorado Springs, Colorado, was awarded an $8,960,452 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a construction support facility located in the TA-55 secure area of Los Alamos National Laboratory. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. Work will be performed in Los Alamos National Laboratory, New Mexico, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2019. Fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $8,960,452 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque, New Mexico, is the contracting activity (W912PP-18-C-0003).

Mahaffey Tent and Awning Co. LLC,* Memphis, Tennessee, was awarded an $8,887,972 modification (P00005) to contract W9124E-16-D-0006 for providing rotational training units with shower trailers, environment control units, light sets, tents of various sizes and configurations, hand washing stations, generators, cots, and other logistical life support equipment. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 20, 2019. U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Polk, Louisiana, is the contracting activity. 

AIR FORCE

Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX), Hawthorne, California, has been awarded a $130,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract, for launch services to deliver the Air Force Space Command-52 satellite to its intended orbit.  This launch service contract will include launch vehicle production and mission, as well as integration, launch operations and spaceflight worthiness activities.  Work will be performed in Hawthorne, California; Kennedy Space Center, Florida; and McGregor, Texas, and is expected to be completed by September 2020.  This award is the result of a competitive acquisition, and two proposals were received.  Fiscal 2018 space procurement funds in the amount of $130,000,000 will be obligated at the time of award.  The Contracting Division, Launch Systems Enterprise Directorate, Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity (FA8811-18-C-0003). L-3 Communications, Greenville, Texas, has been awarded an $83,015,065 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of two Gulfstream G550 aircraft. Work will be performed in Greenville, Texas; and Savannah, Georgia, and is expected to be complete by August 2021. This contract involves 100 percent foreign military sales. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Foreign military sales funds in the amount of $83,015,065 are being obligated at the time of award. The 645th Aeronautical Systems Group, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8620-16-G-3027/FA8620-18-F-4873).
