Raytheon Co., Fort Wayne, Indiana, was awarded a $49,025,060 modification (P00005) to contract W15P7T-14-D-C006 for the development of Electronic Warfare Program Management Tool, Capability Drop 4 (CD4) along with interim contractor support required for the maintenance and fielding of CD3 through CD4. Work will be performed in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2022. Kiewit Infrastructure South Co., Orlando, Florida, was awarded a $17,290,184 firm-fixed-price contract for Herbert Hoover Dike rehabilitation structure replacement reconstruction. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. Work will be performed in Glades County, Florida, with an estimated completion date of March 25, 2021. NAVY 

Hamilton Sundstrand Corp., Rockford, Illinois, is awarded a $64,810,326 three-year long-term requirements contract for repair of the constant frequency generator in support of both the MV-22 (Marine Corps) and the CV-22 (Air Force) aircraft platforms. Work will be performed in Rockford, Illinois, and is expected to be completed by July 2021. Annual working capital funds (Navy) will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was a sole-source pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 2304(C)(1). The requirement was posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with one offer received. General Dynamics Missions Systems Inc., Scottsdale, Arizona, is awarded a $15,108,782 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract M67854-17-C-0261 to exercise an option for the manufacturing, assembly and testing of nine Full Deployment Units of the Common Aviation Command and Control System, Air Command and Control Subsystem in support of Program Executive Officer Land Systems, Quantico, Virginia. Work will be performed in Scottsdale, Arizona (94 percent); Fulton, Maryland (4 percent); Huntsville, Alabama (1 percent); and San Diego, California (1 percent), and is expected to be completed by July 2020. Fiscal 2018 procurement (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $15,108,782 will be obligated at the time of award and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with five offers received. The Marine Corps System Command, Quantico, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

DRS Laurel Technologies, Johnstown, Pennsylvania, is awarded a $9,663,552 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N00024-17-C-5201 to exercise an option for the production of Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Signal Data Processor-Sierra (SDP-S) equipment sets.  CEC is a sensor netting system that significantly improves battle force Anti-Air Warfare capability by extracting and distributing sensor-derived information such that the superset of this data is available to all participating CEC units. CEC improves battle force effectiveness by improving overall situational awareness and by enabling longer range, cooperative, multiple, or layered engagement strategies. The SDP-S is an integral common component that supports the shipboard, airborne, and ground-mobile variants of the CEC equipment suite.  Work will be performed in Largo, Florida, and is expected to be completed by July 2018. Fiscal 2018 working capital funds (Navy); fiscal 2016 and 2018 other procurement (Navy); and fiscal 2016 and 2017 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $9,663,552 will be obligated at the time of award.  Fiscal 2016 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $339,072 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. AIR FORCE

The Boeing Co., Layton, Utah, has been awarded a $15,524,947 change order definitization/Responsible Engineering Authority for Flight Termination Receiver 2.0 (FTR 2.0).  The Boeing Co. submitted a cost-plus-incentive-fee proposal to the government in response to change order FA8214-15-C-0001-P00049 for FTR 2.0.  The objective of this proposed effort is to develop, qualify and deliver a FTR 2.0 that is fully compliant with range safety requirements and to characterize FTR 1.0 performance.  FTR 2.0 units will be provided to support eight low-rate initial-production flight test kits and other units required for prototype, qualification, and acceptance testing.  Work will be performed in Layton, Utah, and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2021. No funds are being obligated at time of award.  This contract is incrementally funded with current year research, development, test and evaluation funds.  Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity.

Chenega Applied Solutions, Lorton, Virginia, has been awarded a $10,800,000 firm-fixed-price task order for Royal Saudi Air Force outside the continental U.S. English language training.  This contract provides an English language training program.  Work will be performed at the Technical Studies Institute facility at King Abdul Aziz Air Base, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 5, 2023.  This contract involves foreign military sales (FMS) to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition under general services administration with one request for quote posted and four offers received.  FMS funds in the amount $10,800,000 are being obligated at the time of award. This award is 100 percent unclassified FMS to Saudi Arabia. The 338th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio Randolph, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA3002-18-F-0121).
