DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY

CliniComp International Inc., San Diego, California (HT0011-20-D-0021), was awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum of $429,165,859. The contract provides operational support and sustainment for all existing clinical information system components currently in operation and support for decommission activities during the phased transition to Military Health System GENESIS, or otherwise discontinuing clinical information system operations (Decommission). This effort has a six-month base period of performance with six 12-month option periods, with an estimated completion date of September 2026. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2020 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $17,640, 252 are being obligated at the time of award. The Defense Health Agency, Falls Church, Virginia, is the contracting activity. AIR FORCE

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, Florida, has been awarded a $167,470,014, fixed-price-incentive-firm and firm-fixed-price contract for 48 long range anti-ship missiles and tooling and test equipment. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida, and is expected to be completed April 6, 2023. This award is the result of a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2019 Air Force missile procurement funds in the amount of $52,334,380; and fiscal 2019 Navy weapon procurement funds in the amount of $115,135,634 will be obligated at the time of award. General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., Poway, California, has been awarded a not-to-exceed $8,390,980 cost-plus-fixed-fee undefinitized modification (P00006) to contract FA8620-19-C-2003 for the United Kingdom (UK) MQ-9 contractor logistics support launch and recovery element (LRE). The UK-1 LRE aircrew, readiness spares package-out, and UK-2 logistics readiness support will be performed at multiple stateside and international locations and is expected to be completed Sept. 30, 2021. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition and involves 100% Foreign Military Sales to the government of the United Kingdom. Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $2,182,189 will be obligated at the time of award. ARMY

Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $70,000,000 cost-no-fee contract for research and development of an artificial intelligence innovation framework. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of April 6, 2025. Kipper Tools,* Gainesville, Georgia, was awarded a $46,803,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the Next Generation Shop Equipment Welding. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of April 7, 2025. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, is the contracting activity (W9098S-20-D-0006).

Frazier Engineering Inc.,* Melbourne, Florida, was awarded a $46,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction and repair of an office. Bids were solicited via the internet with 28 received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of April 6, 2025. AECOM Technical Services Inc., Los Angeles, California, was awarded a $13,379,000 firm-fixed-price contract to convert Music City Center, Nashville, Tennessee, into an alternate care facility. NAVY

General Electric Co., Lynn, Massachusetts, is awarded a $51,520,476 modification (P00006) to a previously-awarded firm-fixed-price contract N00019-18-C-1061 to procure eight General Electric F414-400 spare engines, 11 afterburner modules and 12 low pressure turbine modules for the Navy F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter aircraft. Work will be performed in Lynn, Massachusetts (59%); Hooksett, New Hampshire (18%); Rutland, Vermont (12%); and Madisonville, Kentucky (11%). Work is expected to be complete by October 2022. Fiscal 2020 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount $51,520,476 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Textron Inc., New Orleans, Louisiana, is awarded a $7,261,214 cost-plus-fixed-fee/cost modification to previously-awarded contract N00024-17-C-2480 for landing craft, air cushion special studies, analysis and reviews under the Ship-to-Shore Connector (SSC) program. Work will be performed in New Orleans, Louisiana (80%); Fort Worth, Texas (10%); and Gloucester, United Kingdom (10%). The SSC program is the functional replacement for the existing fleet of Landing Craft, Air Cushion vehicles, which are nearing the end of their 30-year service life. SSC provides increased performance to handle current and future missions, as well as improvements which will increase craft availability and reduce total ownership cost. Work is expected to be complete by December 2020. Fiscal 2019 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $1,421,287 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.
