Raytheon Co., El Segundo, California, is awarded a $34,298,657 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This contract provides engineering and test support services for the ALQ-249 Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) currently in development for the Navy EA-18G aircraft. The scope includes H16/H18/H20/H22 software support for NGJ pod and integration including requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, training and tools related to and in support of ALQ-249 and advanced electronic warfare initiatives for Navy and Foreign Military Sales customers. Work will be performed in El Segundo, California, and is expected to be completed in January 2025. Fiscal 2021 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $110,000 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. Wartsila Defense Inc., Chesapeake, Virginia, is awarded a $12,287,373 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for Navy submarine propeller and propulsor for on-site repairs. The contract will have a five year ordering period. Work under the contract will be completed at various shipyards within and outside of the continental U.S. according to individual task orders and is expected to be completed by January 2026. Fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $186,357 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via beta.Sam.gov with one offer received. Caterpillar Inc., Peoria, Illinois, has been awarded a maximum $19,495,185 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for engines with containers. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. Locations of performance are Illinois, Florida, and Arkansas, with a Jan. 6, 2026, ordering period end date. Using military service is Army.
