DCS Corp., Alexandria, Virginia, was awarded a $19,999,845 modification (P00053) to contract W56HZV-17-C-L422 for support services for modeling and simulation to conduct warrior/hardware-in-the-loop simulations. Work will be performed in Warren, Michigan, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2022. Fiscal 2021 research, development, test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $19,999,845 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, is the contracting activity.

Architects Alaska Inc.,* Anchorage, Alaska (W911KB-21-D-0003); Koonce Pfeffer Bettis Inc.,* Anchorage, Alaska (W911KB-21-D-0004); and McCool Carlson Green LLC,* Anchorage, Alaska (W911KB-21-D-0005), will compete for each order of the $12,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for multi-discipline services in Alaska. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of April 4, 2026. Ronal Industries Inc.,* Sterling Heights, Michigan, was awarded an $8,282,978 firm-fixed-price contract for vaneaxial fans. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of April 4, 2026. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, is the contracting activity (W56HZV-21-D-0021).

AIR FORCE

Ametek Programmable Power Inc., San Diego, California, has been awarded a $15,740,450 firm-fixed-price requirements contract for the purchase of Versatile Diagnostic Automatic Test Station (VDATS) kits. The VDATS is an organically designed test station with open architecture and virtual modular equipment extensions for instrumentation technology. The VDATS consists of standardized, commercially available test equipment, components and software. There are two configurations of VDATS, the Digital Analog (DA)-1 and DA-2. Currently, these configurations support the A-10, B-1, B-2, B-52, C-5, C-17, C-130, E-3, E-8C, F-15, F16, F-22, H-53, H-60, KC-135 MC-4, MQ-9, Navy ships, and UH-1 weapon systems. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by April 4, 2026. No funds are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Sustainment Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity (FA8571-21-D-0007).

NAVY

BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems, Nashua, New Hampshire, is awarded a $13,618,145 modification (P00010) to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N0001919C0052). This modification exercises an option to procure the following kits and associated data: five OE-120B antenna groups, three retrofit kits, three installation and checkout kits, and one delta installation and checkout kit for the Navy; and one OE-120B antenna group and one retrofit kit for the government of Australia in support of the OE-120B/UPX Identification Friend or Foe Antenna program. Work will be performed in Nashua, New Hampshire, and is expected to be completed in May 2024. Fiscal 2021 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $6,218,480; fiscal 2021 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $800,898; fiscal 2020 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $4,116,652; fiscal 2019 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $274,746, and Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $2,207,369 will be obligated at time of award, $274,746 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Universal Propulsion Company Inc., Fairfield, California, is awarded a $10,831,651 firm-fixed-priced requirements contract for the manufacture of up to 5,000 cartridge initiators and thrusters used in V-22 and CV-22 aircraft. This contract includes a five-year base period with no options. All work will be performed in Fairfield, California, and is expected to be completed by March 2026. Fiscal 2020 Navy Marine Corps procurement funds (57%); fiscal 2019 Navy Marine Corps procurement funds (24%); fiscal 2020 Air Force procurement funds (14%); and fiscal 2019 Air Force procurement funds (5%) in the amount of $2,854,748 will be obligated at the time of award, and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Delivery orders will be subsequently funded with annual funds beginning with fiscal 2020 at the time of their issuance. One source was solicited for this non-competitive requirement under authority 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), with one offer received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00104-21-D-X801).

U.S. TRANSPORTATION COMMAND

Cooper/Ports America LLC, Houston, Texas, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract modification (P00011) in the estimated amount of $8,355,546 for stevedoring and related terminal services. This modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $78,355,546 from $70,000,000. The locations of performance are the ports of Beaumont, Corpus Christi, and Port Arthur, Texas.  The contract period of performance is from April 3, 2021, to July 2, 2021.  U.S. Transportation Command, Directorate of Acquisition, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, is the contracting activity (HTC71115DR037).
