CORRECTION: The $92,450,091 contract announced on March 31, 2021, to Lockheed Martin Sippican Inc., Marion, Massachusetts, to procure M934E6 Stinger fuze/warhead body assemblies and M934E7 Stinger proximity fuze warhead body assemblies, has not yet been awarded, and no new award date has been determined.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

KBR Services LLC, Houston, Texas, has been awarded a maximum $49,500,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for hydrant fueling automation maintenance. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a one-year base contract with four one-year option periods. Locations of performance are throughout the U.S., Japan, Wake Island, Republic of  Korea, Guam, Diego Garcia, Portugal, Crete, Spain, Germany, Italy, Turkey and United Kingdom, with a May 12, 2022, ordering period end date. Goodwill Industries of South Florida Inc.,** Miami, Florida, has been awarded a maximum $42,048,706 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for coats and trousers. This is a two-year contract with no option periods. Location of performance is Florida, with an April 5, 2023, ordering period end date. Using military services are Army and Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2021 through 2023 defense working capital funds. This is a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. Location of performance is Illinois, with an April 30, 2022, performance completion date. Symmetry Energy Solutions LLC, Houston, Texas (SPE604-21-D-7516, $18,762,985); Enspire Energy LLC, Chesapeake, Virginia (SPE604-21-D-7511, $13,631,543): and Fireside Natural Gas LLC, Marietta, Georgia (SPE604-21-D-7512, $9,220,467), have each been awarded a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, requirements contract under solicitation SPE604-21-R-0400 for pipeline quality direct supply natural gas. These were competitive acquisitions with 13 offers received. They are two-year contracts with a possible six-month carryover. Locations of performance are Virginia, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Louisiana and Tennessee, with a May 31, 2023, performance completion date. Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force and federal civilian agencies. No money is obligated at time of award, using customers are solely responsible to fund this contract. Prestolite Electric Inc., Novi, Michigan, has been awarded a maximum $15,096,767 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity long-term contract for electric starters. This was a competitive acquisition with one response received. This is a three-year base contract with two one-year option periods. Locations of performance are Michigan and New York, with an April 5, 2024, performance completion date. Using customer is Defense Logistics Agency. Kollsman Inc., Merrimack, New Hampshire, has been awarded a maximum $11,059,450 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for J85 motor and cam assemblies. This was a competitive acquisition with one response received. This is a three-year contract with no option periods. Location of performance is New Hampshire, with a March 30, 2024, ordering period end date. Using military service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2021 through 2024 defense working capital funds. NAVY

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, was awarded a $79,310,913 fixed-price-incentive and firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N00024-20-C-5101 for fiscal 2021 AEGIS modernization (AMOD) and guided missile destroyer new construction production requirements. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. government (84%); and the government of the Commonwealth of Australia (16%) under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (80%); and Clearwater, Florida (20%), and is expected to be completed by March 2025. Fiscal 2021 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $37,554,700 (48%); fiscal 2021 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $12,990,910 (16%); FMS Australia funds in the amount of $12,784,579 (16%); fiscal 2020 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $11,985,543 (15%); and fiscal 2021 Defense-wide procurement funds in the amount of $3,995,181 (5%) will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
