The Morganti Group Inc., Danbury, Connecticut, was awarded a $14,696,615 firm-fixed-price contract to construct an air traffic control tower. Bids were solicited via the internet with 15 received. Work will be performed in Azraq, Jordan, with an estimated completion date of June 18, 2024. Fiscal 2019 military construction, defense-wide funds in the amount of $14,696,615 were obligated at the time of the award. Peter Vander Werff Construction Inc.,* El Cajon, California, was awarded a $13,397,000 firm-fixed-price contract to design and construct a stage processing facility at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Lompoc, California, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 30, 2024. NAVY
Raytheon Co., McKinney, Texas, is awarded a $272,672,545 firm-fixed-price, performance-based logistics requirements contract to provide logistics, repair, and upgrade support for 15 Multi-Spectral Targeting System Forward-Looking Infrared components in support of MH-60R and MH-60S helicopters. The contract will include a five-year base period with one two-year option period which if exercised, will bring the total estimated value to $376,414,525. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Florida (70%); and McKinney, Texas (30%). Work is expected to be completed by May 2027; if the option is exercised, work is expected to be completed by May 2029. Working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $58,241,030 will be issued for delivery order N00383-22-F-0TH1 that will be awarded concurrently with the contract, and funds will not expire. One company was solicited for this non-competitive requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), with one offer received. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Palantir USG Inc., Palo Alto, California, was awarded a $30,000,000 firm-fixed-price modification (P00009) to previously awarded contract FA8806-21-C-0010 for a Data-as-a-Service Platform. The contract modification provides for the exercise of an option for additional term software licenses, cloud hosting, enablement services, support and training for each platform solution under the basic contract.
