Black Construction-Tutor Perini JV, Harmon, Guam, is awarded a $26,077,777 firm-fixed-price task order (N6274223F9920) under previously awarded multiple-award construction contract (N62742-19-D-1328) for the construction of an adequately sized and configured communications facility that ensures a diverse communications system is available to support theater requirements. The task order contains one option that is being exercised at time of award. Work will be performed in Joint Region Marianas, Anderson Air Force Base, Guam, and is expected to be completed by February 2025. Fiscal 2020 military construction (Air Force) funds in the amount of $26,077,777 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Three proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is the contracting activity.
Mare Island Dry Dock LLC, Vallejo, California, is awarded an $11,454,396 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220523C4008) for a 60-calendar day shipyard availability for a mid-term availability of Military Sealift Command’s fleet replenishment oiler USNS Henry J. Kaiser (T-AO 187). This contract includes a base period and seven unexercised options, which if exercised, would increase cumulative value of this contract to $13,439,269. Work will be performed in Vallejo, California, beginning Feb. 13, 2023, and is expected to be completed by April 13, 2023. Fiscal 2023 working capital (Navy) funds in the amount of $11,454,396 are obligated and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was full and open competition with proposals solicited via the Government Point of Entry website and two proposals received. The Navy’s Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
Raytheon Co., Indianapolis, Indiana, is awarded an $8,356,194 cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001923F0051) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001920G0007). This order provides for software product updates and qualification testing for the CV-22 Silent Knight Radar (SKR) Joint Services Vertical Lift Aircraft Experimental (JVX) Avionics System Software (JASS) instrumentation build, the SKR JASS Functional Requirements Document (FRD) 8 port forward, and the SKR JASS FRD 9 port forward in support of the V-22 Joint Program Office. Work will be performed in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is expected to be completed in May 2024. Fiscal 2022 procurement Department of Defense (DOD) funds in the amount of $4,492,698; fiscal 2022 research, development, test and evaluation (DOD) funds in the amount of $861,485; and fiscal 2021 procurement (DOD) funds in the amount of $3,002,011 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
