DEFENSE CONTRACTS VALUED AT $7.5 MILLION AND ABOVE

AIR FORCE

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Space Systems Division, Redondo Beach, California, has been awarded a $235,000,000 not-to-exceed undefinitized contract modification (P00075) to previously awarded contract FA8810-18-C-0006 for Next Generation Overhead Persistent Infrared Polar Space Vehicles 1 and 2. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $2,147,891,819. Work will be performed at Redondo Beach, California, and is expected to be completed by July 25, 2026. No funds are being obligated at time of award. Space Systems Command, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

OCCI Inc., Fulton, Missouri, was awarded a $75,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for lock and dam service bridge and tainter gate rehabilitation. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 5, 2028. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis, Missouri, is the contracting activity (W912P9-24-D-0001).

Akima Intra-data LLC,* Colorado Springs, Colorado, was awarded a $15,631,179 firm-fixed-price contract for fire and emergency services. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed at Fort Irwin, California, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 4, 2023. Fiscal 2024 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $3,907,795 were obligated at the time of the award. 418th Contracting Support Brigade, Fort Irwin, California, is the contracting activity (W9124B-24-C-0001). Chenega Base & Logistics Services LLC, San Antonio, Texas, was awarded a $7,609,711 modification (P00001) to contract W912CN-23-F-0490 for base operational support services. Work will be performed at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 29, 2024. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $7,609,711 were obligated at the time of the award. 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Fort Wainwright, Alaska, is the contracting activity. NAVY

Aktarius LLC, doing business as Dawson AKT,* Panama City, Florida, was awarded a $13,435,493 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modification to previously awarded contract N62478-22-D-2402 for air conditioning equipment and direct digital control systems maintenance and repairs. This award brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $26,626,723. This modification provides for the exercise of option one to extend services for one year. Work will be performed at various locations in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii area of operations on Oahu, Hawaii, and will be completed by October 2024. Fiscal 2024 operation and maintenance, (Navy); fiscal 2024 operations and maintenance, (Marine Corps) funds; and fiscal 2024 Department of Defense working capital funds in the amount of $4,896,256 were obligated on a task order and will expire at the end of fiscal 2024. Airborne Systems North America, Pennsauken, New Jersey, was awarded an $11,871,271 modification to exercise an option to a previously awarded, firm-fixed-price contract M00264-22-C-0005 for Multi-Mission Parachute 2 Course. Work will be performed at Eloy, Arizona, with an expected completion date of Oct. 1, 2024. Fiscal 2024, operations and maintenance, (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $11,871,271 are being obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This modification will be subject to the availability of funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, was awarded a not-to-exceed $11,500,000 undefinitized, firm-fixed-price order (N0001923F0686) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001921G0006). This order provides for the production and delivery of parts in support of mobile Harpoon Coastal Defense Cruise Missile systems. Work will be performed in Hazelwood, Missouri (40.1%); St. Louis, Missouri (33.7%); Galena, Kansas (11.7%); Irvine, California (2.9%); Wichita, Kansas (2.2%); Tulsa, Oklahoma (2.1%); O’Fallon, Missouri (2.1%); Grove, Oklahoma (1.8%); Chandler, Arizona (1.6%); Middletown, Connecticut (1%), and various locations within the continental U.S. (.8%), and is expected to be completed in September 2025. Building Partnership Capacity Program (DOD wide) funds in the amount of $11,500,000 were obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Fincantieri Marinette Marine, Marinette, Wisconsin, is being awarded an $8,636,672 firm-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-20-C-2300 for procurement of long-lead time material for the land based engineering site for the Constellation Class frigate. Work will be performed in Walpole, Massachusetts (87%); Marinette, Wisconsin (7%); and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (6%), and is expected to be completed by Oct. 1, 2025. Fiscal 2024 shipbuilding and conversion, Navy funding in the amount of $8,636,672 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion, and Repair, Bath, Maine, is the contracting activity.
