NAVY
Lockheed Martin Corp., Owego, New York, is awarded a $379,577,128 firm-fixed-price order (N0001924F2566) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001921G0017). This order provides for the production and delivery of eight MH-60R aircraft for the government of Spain. Work will be performed in Owego, New York (52%); Stratford, Connecticut (40%); and Troy, Alabama (8%), and is expected to be completed in March 2027. Foreign Military Sales customer funds in the amount of $379,577,128 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. ThayerMahan Inc.,* Groton, Connecticut, is awarded a $19,296,073 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Autonomous Mobile Maritime Systems for Tactical Surveillance, Undersea Warfare, and Subsea and Seabed Warfare. This contract provides for the development of specialized long endurance autonomous platforms, sensors, autonomous behaviors, signal processors, artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, and improved endurance capacity. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed in October 2027. The total cumulative value, including a 48-month base period with no option periods, is $19,296,073. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $100,000 are obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured under N00014-22-S-B001 entitled “Long Range Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology.” Since proposals are received throughout the year under the Long Range BAA, the number of proposals received in response to the solicitation is unknown. Bids were solicited via the internet with 11 received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 29, 2028. This contract provides for a fully integrated maintenance management and supply chain management system with the capability to support maintenance, repair, overhaul, operations, enterprise resource planning, forecasting, analytics, material management, and contracting operations. Work will be performed in Bethesda, Maryland, and Egypt, and is expected to be completed by June 5, 2029. This contract involves foreign military sales to Egypt.
