The Resume Retriever is an automated search tool you can use to quickly find resumes that fit certain criteria. It includes a scheduler (which runs the searches in unattended mode), and an e-mailer (to automatically send the results to an e-mail address).

You can define and store as many Resume Retrievers as you need. For example, you could have a “cybersecurity”, “cloud architect”, and “softwaredeveloper” retrievers.

When a recruiter wants to share a retriever with other recruiters in their company, they can select Share Retriever from the gear icon.

Any retrievers that are shared will be accessible in the Shared Retrievers folder located in the folder dropdown.  Retrievers that are shared can be executed, however only the original creator can edit them.

Recruiters in the company do not have to set a permission to be able to see or share retrievers.  Retrievers are shared on a retriever by retriever basis to ensure that only those retrievers which are critical are shared.
