Raytheon Missiles & Defense, Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $208,736,138 firm-fixed-price contract for the Naval Strike Missile Coastal Defense System for the Republic of Romania. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring its cumulative value to $217,136,549. Work will be performed in Kongsberg, Norway (60%); Tucson, Arizona (34%); Schrobenhausen, Germany (2%); Raufoss, Norway (1%); and various other locations each less than 1% (3%), and is expected to be completed by September 2028. Foreign Military Sales (Romania) funds in the amount of $208,736,138 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(4) — international agreement. Lockheed Martin, Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS), Moorestown, New Jersey, was awarded a $139,651,671 cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-only, and firm-fixed-price contract for AEGIS fielding and sustainment (F&S). This contract provides engineering support, software development, in-service maintenance, integration, logistics and fielding support for AEGIS combat system configurations already delivered or in the process of being delivered to the Navy. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $852,981,561. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (96%); and Dahlgren, Virginia (4%), and is expected to be completed by December 2023. If all options are exercised, work will continue through December 2029. Fiscal 2016 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,855,928 (32%); fiscal 2019 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,823,942 (32%); fiscal 2022 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,667,039 (19%); fiscal 2022 other procurement (Coast Guard) funds in the amount of $959,969 (11%); fiscal 2022 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $443,000 (5%); and fiscal 2020 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $47,425 (1%) will be obligated at time of award, of which $1,667,039 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. In accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1), this contract was not competitively procured, as LM RMS is the only responsible source, and no other supplies or services could fulfill the AEGIS F&S requirements without causing unacceptable schedule delays and substantial duplication of costs that is not expected to be recovered through competition. Lockheed Martin, Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, was awarded a $130,738,520 cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, and fixed-price-award-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-13-C-5116 for AEGIS Combat System engineering agent efforts for the continued performance of engineering, development, and delivery of AEGIS Weapon System capabilities for FFG 62, and Coast Guard OPC3 Athena. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (98%); and Riverdale, Maryland (2%), and is expected to be completed by March 2025. Fiscal 2022 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,000,000 (76%); fiscal 2021 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $500,000 (19%); and fiscal 2022 research, development, test, and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $143,297 (5%) will be obligated at the time of award, of which $143,297 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Lockheed Martin, Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, was awarded an $82,778,365 cost-plus-incentive-fee, undefinitized modification to previously awarded contract N00024-20-C-5105 for Spain F-110 radar component production and ship integration and test. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to the Kingdom of Spain. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (59%); Ferrol, Spain (14%); Andover, Massachusetts (12%); Clearwater, Florida (12%); and Rota, Spain (3%), and is expected to be completed by December 2029. FMS (Spain) funds in the amount of $31,416,337 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Sauer Construction LLC, Jacksonville, Florida, was awarded a $37,618,000 firm-fixed-price task order (N6945023F0148) under a multiple award construction contract (N69450-21-D-0061) to provide construction of two additions to the Trident Training Facility, a Strategic Systems Program missile control center team trainer, and Naval Sea Systems Command weapons handling system team trainer at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Georgia. The contract also contains two unexercised options which, if exercised, would increase the cumulative contract value to $37,809,809. Work will be performed in Kings Bay, Georgia, and is expected to be completed by March 2025. Fiscal 2023 military construction funds in the amount of $37,618,000 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Raytheon Intelligence and Space, McKinney, Texas, was awarded an $8,580,009 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of the high-performance infrared equipment components in the MK 46 Gun Weapon System. Work will be performed in El Segundo, California (75%); and McKinney, Texas (25%), and is expected to be completed by August 2024. Fiscal 2022 weapons procurement (Navy) in the amount of $8,580,009 (100%) was obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) — only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

KPMG LLP, McLean, Virginia, has been awarded a maximum $22,143,583 firm-fixed-price task order (SP4704-23-F-0017) against a multiple-award schedule contract (GS-00F-275CA) for financial improvement and audit readiness support for Data Team and Audit Response and Sustainment services. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a one‐year contract with one six-month option period. Location of performance is Washington, D.C., with a June 4, 2024, performance completion date. Using customer is Defense Logistics Agency. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2023 through 2024 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Contracting Services Office, Richmond, Virginia.
