Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, was awarded a $1,153,427,771 cost-plus-incentive-fee, fixed-price-incentive-fee modification (P00007) against a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N0001923D0010). This modification exercises options and increases the ceiling to provide site activation and hardware requirements, to include site activation events and training devices, as well as contract management, planning and readiness reviews and associated non-recurring introduction to service activities. Additionally, this effort provides production readiness requirements and production engineering for training device production lines in support of F-35A, F-35B and F-35C aircraft initial sustainment activities for the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, non-Department of Defense participants, and Foreign Military Sales customers. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida (82.5%); Fort Worth, Texas (14.3%); and Owego, New York (3.2%), and is expected to be completed in December 2028. Huntington Ingalls Industries, Newport News Shipbuilding, Newport News, Virginia, was awarded a $283,939,994 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-15-C-4301) for completion of the USS Columbus (SSN 762) engineered overhaul. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract modification to $300,020,836. Work will be performed in Newport News, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by December 2025. Fiscal 2024 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $168,929,679 will be obligated at the time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. DSC-EMI II, LLC,* Dunn, North Carolina, is awarded a $76,444,534 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity base operating support (BOS) service contract for Naval Base Ventura County. The work to be performed provides for BOS services. The maximum dollar value is $76,444,534, including the base period, seven option years, and a six-month option. Work will be performed in Ventura County, California, and is expected to be completed by August 2032. Fiscal 2024 BOS funds in the amount of $5,187,282; and sustainment, restoration, and modernization funds in the amount of $3,174,404, will be obligated at time of award. Funds in the amount of $8,361,686 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Department of Defense solicitation portal in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment and the SAM.gov website, with six offers received. Lockheed Martin, Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, was awarded a $61,763,178 cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost-only modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-19-C-5603) for Ship Self-Defense System combat system engineering support. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (85%); and San Diego, California (15%), and is expected to be completed by December 2024. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,914,953 (69%); fiscal 2024 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,702,847 (15%); fiscal 2024 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,500,000 (13%); and fiscal 2024 procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $390,500 (3%), were obligated at time of award, and funds in the amount of $9,414,953 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Raytheon Co., Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $34,371,745 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-21-C-5434) to exercise options and provide incremental funding for engineering and technical services in support of SeaSparrow missile systems programs. This contract action combines purchases for the U.S. government (99%); and the governments of Japan, and Chile (less than 1%), under the Foreign Military Sales program. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (73%); Portsmouth, Rhode Island (26%); and various other locations each less than (1%), and is expected to complete December 2025. indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide technical, environmental and encroachment services to include encroachment analysis; maintenance of geographic information systems databases; surveys, studies, or analyses to include terrestrial, aquatic/marine and riparian vegetation, and vertebrate and invertebrate species; historic, archaeological, anthropological, and paleontological resources; geophysical and geochemical surveys of water resources; land use management studies and preparation of land and resource management plans; environmental impact analysis and documentation, hazardous waste management, and unexploded ordinance identification and tracking and associated travel and material in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Range Sustainability Program. Work will be performed in Ridgecrest, California (90%); and China Lake, California (10%), and is expected to be completed in December 2028. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. Lockheed Martin, Rotary and Missions Systems, Liverpool, New York, is awarded a $22,845,807 cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-only contract (N00024-24-C-5510) for AN/SLQ-32(V)6 design agent engineering, incidental material, and travel. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $119,756,540. Work will be performed in Syracuse, New York, and is expected to be completed by January 2025. If all options are exercised, work will continue through January 2029. Fiscal 2022 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $811,581 will be obligated at the time of award, of which $811,581 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Huntington Ingalls Inc., Ingalls Shipbuilding Division, Pascagoula, Mississippi, is awarded an $11,711,969 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-21-C-4205) for planning yard services for L-Class ships; LPD 17 Amphibious Transport Dock Ships, LHD 1/LHA 6 Amphibious Assault Ships, LSD 41/49 Dock Landing Ships, and an LCC 19 Amphibious Command Ship. Work will be performed in Pascagoula, Mississippi, with on-site technical support for Chief of Naval Operations availabilities at: Mayport, Florida, Norfolk, Virginia, San Diego, California; and Sasebo, Japan. AIR FORCE

L3Harris Technologies Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a $28,682,428 contract modification (P00244) to previously awarded contract FA8823-20-C-0004 for the Joint Task Force-Space Defense, which is a joint organization that involves the National Space Defense Center, that captures interagency representatives working across the National Reconnaissance Office, intelligence community, and commercial partners. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $812,590,278. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2025. Fiscal 2024 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $18,613,522 are being obligated at time of award. DEFENSE COUNTERINTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY AGENCY

iWorks Corp., Reston, Virginia, has been awarded a $12,386,192 firm-fixed-price modification (P00018) to previously awarded contract HS002121C0002 for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). This modification exercises Option Period 3 to continue to provide services for seamlessly vetting personnel for access, preserving the adjudicative decision, and identifying and mitigating insider threat risk for the DCSA. Work will be performed in and around Fort George G. Meade, Maryland, with an estimated completion of Jan. 4, 2025. Fiscal 2024 DCSA operations and maintenance funds; and fiscal 2024 working capital funds in the amount of $12,386,192 were obligated at the time of award.
