Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Ga., has been awarded a $47,816,399 modification (P00198) to contract (FA8625-11-C-6597) for C-130J Joint Country Cooperative Effort (JCCE) Block 7.0 embodiment. Work will be performed at Marietta, Ga., and is expected to be completed by Feb. 1, 2016. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $1,704,116,338. The contract modification provides for the foreign military sales (FMS) requirements of 35 FMS-funded C-130J Block Upgrade 7.0 embodiment/retrofit kits as well as selected hardware necessary for four kits for Norway and associated spares (25 per cent of requirement) for each country (Italy, Australia, Norway and Denmark). Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services, Austin, Texas, (FA3047-13-D-0019) is being awarded a $22,519,646 indefinite delivery/indefinite requirements contract for food service to 13 dining facilities, one flight kitchen, and two warehouses. Work will be performed at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, Texas, the Lackland Training Annex, and Camp Bullis, Texas and is expected to be completed by Aug. 31, 2014. Sonalysts, Waterford, Conn., has been being awarded a $17,149,698 modification (P00038) on a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (FA8806-08-C-0001) for Standard Space Trainer (SST) Global Positioning System Next Generation Operation Control System Mission Specfic Vendor Plug-In. The contract modification is for development of a training system to operate within the SST training environment. The cumulative face value of the contract is $39,521,454. Work will be performed in Waterford, Conn., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 6, 2016. Fiscal 2013 Research and Development funds in the amount of $1,370,588 are being obligated at time of award. Guam MACC Builders, Joint Venture, Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a $20,249,617 firm-fixed-price task order #JQ01 under a multiple award construction contract (N62742-10-D-1309) for the construction of aircraft rinse facility and taxiways to the adjacent apron and Taxiway Delta at Andersen Air Force Base (AFB), Guam. The project supports the relocation of US Marine Corps aviation units from Okinawa, Japan to Andersen AFB. The work provides for the construction of an aircraft rinse facility with water recycling system, direct fueling stations, and taxiways to connect the facilities to the adjacent apron and Taxiway Delta. Compass Systems Inc.,* Lexington Park, Md., is being awarded a $9,978,215 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for research and development of an airborne system in support of the Electro-Optical (EO) and Special Mission Sensors Division of the Avionics Department. This contract includes research of emerging technologies, including radar, EO, fusion engines, automatic target recognition and other related intelligence gathering sensors, related to the targeting of enemy positions for improved weapons delivery. Missile Defense Agency
Raytheon Missile Systems Company, Tucson, Ariz. has been awarded a sole-source, cost-plus-incentive-fee contract modification to exercise option CLIN 0002 in the amount of $218,530,196 under contract HQ0276-13-C-0001. The total value of the contract is increased from $179,446,253 to $397,976,449. Under this modification, the contractor will procure material and perform the integration required to manufacture up to 29 All Up Rounds SM-3 Block IB missiles. The work will be performed in Tucson, with an expected completion date of Sept. 30, 2016. Fiscal year 2013 Defense-wide procurement funds will be used to fund this effort. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is not a foreign military sales acquisition. Missile Defense Agency, Dahlgren, Va., is the contracting activity.

The total value of the contract is increased from $1,909,522,870 to $1,958,466,947. Under this modification, the contractor will manufacture four All Up Rounds SM-3 Block IB missiles. The work will be performed in Tucson with an expected completion date of Sept. 30, 2015. Fiscal year 2013 Defense-wide procurement funds will be used to fund this effort.
