The maximum dollar value including the base period and three option years for all six contracts combined is $240,000,000. Brady-Fluor LLC is being awarded task order #0001 at $9,817,578 for the construction of a new Ground Maintenance Shop at Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, S.C. Work for this task order is expected to be completed by August 2014. All work on this contract will be performed primarily within the NAVFAC Southeast AOR for South Carolina (75 percent) and Georgia (25 percent). The term of the contract is not to exceed 36 months, with an expected completion date of August 2016. Fiscal 2013 Military Construction, Navy and Fiscal 2013 Operation and Maintenance, Navy contract funds in the amount of $9,842,578 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with 51 proposals received. These six contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract. Lockheed Martin, Mission Systems and Training, Moorestown, N.J., is being awarded a $15,351,753 modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-11-C-5118) to exercise options for fiscal 2013 Aegis weapon system modernization upgrade requirements. This modification will cover the production of three technical insertion 12 Aegis modernization upgrade equipment sets to support the modernization of DDG 51, DDG 57, and DDG 69. The modification also provides for integration testing at the Backfit Production Test Facility. Work will be performed in Moorestown, N.J. (50 percent), Clearwater, Fla. (50 percent), and is expected to be completed by November 2016. Fiscal 2013 other procurement, Navy funding in the amount of $15,351,753 will be obligated at the time of the award.
