DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE CONTRACTS VALUED AT $6.5 MILLION AND ABOVE

NAVY

The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $26,650,000 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-09-C-0022) to incorporate the Test Release 21.1 block software upgrade on eight operational flight trainers, six weapons tactics trainers, three part task trainers, and 44 mission system desktop trainers in support of the P-8A Multi-Mission Maritime aircraft Low Rate Initial Production II. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo. (81 percent); Huntington Beach, Calif. (8 percent); Tampa, Fla. (8 percent); Seattle, Wash. (2 percent); and Hauppauge, N.Y. (1 percent). Work is expected to be completed in October 2015. Fiscal 2012 aircraft procurement, Navy contract funds in the amount of $26,650,000 will be obligated at time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air System Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors, Manassas, Va., is being awarded an $8,847,668 modification to previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N00024-09-C-6247) to exercise an option to procure 20 AN/BVY-1 Integrated Submarine Imaging Systems (ISIS) and associated spares. The ISIS provides mission critical, all-weather, visual, and electronic search, digital image management, indication, warning, and platform architecture interface capabilities. Work will be performed in Johnstown, Pa. (46 percent), Manassas, Va. (26 percent), Northampton, Mass. (17 percent), and Chantilly, Va. (11 percent), and will be completed by September 2015. Fiscal 2012 and 2013 shipbuilding and conversion, Navy and Fiscal 2013 other procurement, Navy funding in the amount of $8,847,668 will be obligated at time of award. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Nihon Kohden America, Foothill Ranch, Calif., has been awarded a maximum $27,579,330 modification (P0006) exercising the second one-year option period on a base contract (SPM2D1-12-D-8300) with eight one-year option periods for patient monitoring systems, subsystems, accessories, consumables, spare and repair parts, and training. This is a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract. Location of performance is California with an Oct. 30, 2014 performance completion date. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal year 2014 through fiscal year 2015 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa.

Jameson, LLC., Clover, S.C., has been awarded a maximum $18,000,000 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract for extension/tent lights. This is a one-year base contract with four one-year option periods. This contract was a competitive acquisition and two offers were received. Location of performance is South Carolina with an Oct. 24, 2014 performance completion date. Using military services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal year 2014 through fiscal year 2015 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa., (SPE8E7-14-D-0001).

Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions, Herndon, Va., has been awarded a minimum $8,340,165 modification (0265-01) on a base contract (SP4701-08-A-0008-0265) for support of fiscal year 2014 operational and sustainment services for the operational infrastructures, applications, and interfaces of the Integrated Data Environment Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC) programs enterprise data warehouse. This is a firm-fixed-price contract. Location of performance is Virginia with an Aug. 31, 2014 performance completion date. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal year 2014 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Contracting Services Office, Philadelphia, Pa.
