The Boeing Co., Newark, Ohio, has been awarded a $466,500,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for missile guidance repair. Contractor will repair Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile guidance set. Work will be performed at Newark, Ohio, and is expected to be complete by June 2, 2021. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $22,707,999 are being obligated at the time of award. United Technologies Corp., doing business as Pratt & Whitney, East Hartford, Connecticut, has been awarded a $63,668,414 modification to exercise an option on previously awarded contract FA8121-10-D-0008. Contractor will provide remanufacture of FI00-PW-I 00/200/220/220E/229 engine modules. Work will be performed at Columbus, Georgia, and is expected to be complete by April 22, 2016. This contract is 100 percent foreign military sales for Chile, Egypt, Jordan, Thailand, Taiwan, Greece and Indonesia. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Flight Safety Services, Centennial, Colorado, has been awarded an $11,277,475 modification (QP02C7) to previously awarded contract F33657-01-D-2078 for support of the KC-10 aircrew training systems. Contractor will construct a cargo load trainer, and provide a cargo loader, spares and training aids. Work will be performed at Travis Air Force Base, California, and is expected to be complete by Sept. 30, 2016. Fiscal 2013 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $11,277,475 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
TASC Inc., Andover, Massachusetts, has been awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee $6,966,555 modification (P00015) to previously awarded contract FA7037-11-D-0003. Contractor will provide management, engineering and technical support services required to support the establishment, maintenance and evolution of the 92nd Information Operations Squadron cyber assessment program. Work will be performed at San Antonio, Texas, and is expected to be complete by May 31, 2015. No funds are being obligated at the time of award. The 38th Contracting Squadron, Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control, Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a $226,904,607 fixed-price-incentive, foreign military sales contract for undefinitized contract action to procure the unitary rocket and pod (quantity: 474), reduced range practice rockets and pods (quantity: 1950), and alternate warhead rockets and pods (quantity: 450). Associated services required to complete production to include integrated logistics support, download Demate support, and alternate warhead spares for material release. Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas (69 percent); and Camden, Arkansas (31 percent), with an estimated completion date of June 2, 2017. CAE USA Inc., Tampa, Florida, was awarded a $29,298,278 firm-fixed-price contract that is zero-funded subject to availability of funds in accordance with federal acquisition regulation 52.232-18 as long-lead time is required for preparation to perform by the contractor. This contract is for fixed-wing flight training services. The contractor must have the plane for single-engine and upset-recovery training, flight simulators, hangar space and training space within a 50-mile radius of Fort Rucker, Alabama, in order to perform the training services. Cutter Enterprises LLC, Vernon-Rockville, Connecticut, was awarded a $14,368,200 contract for project consisting of the construction of a high-bay, fuel cell and corrosion control facility to support eight C-130 aircraft. The facility will be an environmentally controlled area to wash aircraft, as well as hangar space for corrosion treatment, corrosion repair, paint stripping, and the repainting of limited portions of an aircraft. The facility also provides space for the corrosion control shop, which includes preparation and drying areas, abrasive blasting rooms, and booths for mixing and/or applying paint, tool storage, lockers, clean/dirty transition and administration areas.
