DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE CONTRACTS VALUED AT $7 MILLION AND ABOVE

NAVY

ManTech Advanced Systems International Inc., Fairfax, Virginia, is being awarded an $80,278,296 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for warfare analysis, modeling and simulation, software development, Department of Defense architectural framework products, acquisition analysis and support, and analytic program support.  These services are in support of the Naval Air Systems Command’s Mission and Engineering and Analysis Department naval and joint warfighting capability assessment and warfighting analytic efforts.  Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Maryland, and the ordering period is expected to be completed in June 2022.  No funds will be obligated at time of award, funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued.  This contract was competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals, two offers were received.  The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N00421-17-D-0036).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Quality Fruit and Vegetable Co.,* El Paso, Texas, has been awarded a maximum $41,000,000 firm-fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract for fresh fruits and vegetables. This is a five-year contract containing one 24-month tier and two 18-month tiers. The maximum dollar amount is for the life of the contract. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. Locations of performance are Texas, and New Mexico, with a June 12, 2022 performance completion date. Using customers are Air Force, Marine Corps, U.S. Department of Agriculture schools and Native American reservations. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2017 through 2022 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE300-17-D-P303).

ARMY

HHRBI JV,* Tooele, Utah (W912BV-17-D-0005); and Terra Construction Inc.,* Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (W912BV-17-D-0006), will share in a $25,000,000 firm-fixed-priced contract for construction services within U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Southwestern Division boundaries. Bids were solicited via the Internet with nine received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 12, 2022. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Business, Technology and Solutions, Beavercreek, Ohio, has been awarded a $12,714,791 modification (P00050) to task order 0003 on previously awarded contract FA8721-13-D-0003 for professional acquisition support services. Contractor will provide advisory and assistance services to the command, control, communications, intelligence and networks directorate. Work will be performed at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, and is expected to be complete by June 17, 2018. This contract involves foreign military sales. Fiscal 2016 and 2017 research, development, test, and evaluation; other procurement; and operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $7,149,633 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity.

CORRECTION: The announcement on June 12, 2017, for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Grand Prairie, Texas (FA8210-17-C-0001), included the incorrect award amount. The single award, fixed-price incentive firm, firm-fixed-price contract for Advance Radar Threat System Variant 2 was actually awarded for $104,634,353. All other information in the announcement was correct.
