The contract provides for the design, development, manufacture, and testing of prototype-affordable cruise missiles to advance networked collaborative operations technologies for defeat of enemy integrated air defense systems. Work will be performed in Dallas, Texas, with an expected completion date of Dec. 17, 2022. NAVY
Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Manassas, Virginia, is being awarded a $135,584,779 indefinite-delivery/indefinite–quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee, and firm-fixed price contract (N00039-18-D-0001) for integrated common processors (ICP) on behalf of the Program Executive Office Submarines’ Maritime Surveillance Systems Program Office. The ICP program provides a common Integrated Undersea Surveillance Systems (IUSS) signal processing and display system software and hardware suite for Surveillance Towed Array Sensor System ships and IUSS shore sites. This contract has a five-year ordering period up to the contract award amount. There are no options. Work will be performed in Manassas, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by December 2022. No funding will be obligated on the base contract award. Funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. This is a sole-source acquisition that was not competitively procured pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) – only one responsible source (Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 6.302-1). The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a $79,270,289 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This contract provides for aircraft maintenance, manufacturing of parts, instrumentation, aircraft modifications and engineering support for the F/A-18A-F and EA-18G aircraft, including future variants, domestic and foreign military sales, for ground and flight test programs conducted at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (59 percent); Clearwater, Florida (40 percent); and Owego, New York (1 percent), and is expected to be completed by September 2020. HDR, Charlotte, North Carolina, is being awarded a maximum amount $30,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering (AE) contract for multi-discipline AE services in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic area of responsibility (AOR). The work to be performed provides for AE services for primarily administrative facility types which may include, but are not limited to, personnel housing facilities (bachelor enlisted quarters and bachelor officer quarters); office facilities; academic and training facilities (operational, maintenance and classroom); medical and dental facilities; dining facilities; recreational facilities, child development centers; and supporting facilities such as utilities, water treatment plants, parking structures and roadways. Projects may include multiple disciplines or single disciplines, including but not limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, planning, environmental studies, master planning, fire protection, audio visual, cost estimating, and interior design. Projects may be for new construction, additions, or renovations. Task order 0001 is being awarded at $1,688 for design services in support of the development of a Department of Defense Form 1391 for planning, meeting and cost development in support of Marine Headquarters Replacement at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Work for this task order is expected to be completed by January 2018. Inc.,*, Ramona, California, is being awarded $27,655,431 for firm-fixed-price task order N6247318F4138 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N62473-16-D-1884) to construct an F-35 communication building and infrastructure upgrade at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California. The work to be performed provides for the design, construction, procurement and installation services of a multi-story communications and telephone exchange facility consisting of reinforced concrete masonry unit frame and walls, standing seam metal roof and concrete foundation with communications vault to allow access to communication lines. Project constructs communication ductbank outside the plant infrastructure in support of new facilities.
