DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE CONTRACTS VALUED AT $7 MILLION AND ABOVE
The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded $219,600,000 for cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order N0001918F1597 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-16-G-0001). This order procures non-recurring efforts associated with Engineering Change Proposal 6503 for the design, development, test and integration of the conformal fuel tank in support of the F/A-18. Work will be performed in El Segundo, California (41 percent); St. Louis, Missouri (40 percent); Patuxent River, Maryland (17 percent); and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (2 percent), and is expected to be completed in July 2022. Fiscal 2018 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $18,986,916 are being obligated on this award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Orbital ATK, Chandler, Arizona, is being awarded a $79,444,734 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for operation and maintenance services in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division Ground Launch Drone Missile (GQM-163A) target test and evaluation to include developmental testing. This contract also supports foreign military sales testing activities. Contract support will be performed in Point Mugu, California (25 percent); San Nicholas Island, California (25 percent); Pacific Missile Range Facility, Hawaii (25 percent); and Wallops Island, Virginia (25 percent), and is expected to be completed in February 2023. Fiscal 2018 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $300,000 will be obligated at time of award; none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This award was not competitively procured and was solicited with a request for proposal; one offer was received. Tactical Edge Inc.,* San Diego, California, is being awarded a maximum ceiling $49,000,000 five-year, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for post deployment system support (PDSS) services for Marine Air-Ground Task Force Logistics Support Systems requirements. The PDSS technical support services being procured include project management, system administration, software development, cyber security and on-site field service representatives. Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a $12,086,520 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024 17-C-5410 to exercise an option for Standard Missile-2 (SM-2) and Standard Missile-6 (SM-6) engineering and technical services. This contract will provide for engineering and technical services in support of SM-2 and SM-6 production to ensure continuity in production, design integrity and total systems integration of the missile round and its components. Services will support the Navy, Australia, Japan, Republic of Korea and Royal Netherlands Navy. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (97 percent); and Boston, Massachusetts (3 percent), and is expected to be completed by December 2019. Fiscal 2018 research, development, test and evaluation funding in the amount of $8,057,320; foreign military sales funding in the amount of $2,541,200; fiscal 2018 other Department of Defense funding in the amount of $1,388,000; and memorandum of understanding funding in the amount of $100,000 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract provides for the replacement of the avionics suite in the T-1A fleet of 178 aircraft, 16 operational flight trainers, and 14 part task trainers.
