Bechtel Plant Machinery Inc., Monroeville, Pennsylvania, is awarded a $707,194,284 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously-awarded contract N00024-19-C-2114 for naval nuclear propulsion components. Lockheed Martin, Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, is awarded a $62,355,202 cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost-only modification to previously awarded contract N00024-19-C-5603 to exercise options for Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS) combat system engineering support. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (85%); and San Diego, California (15%), and is expected to be completed by December 2022. Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. Sperry Marine, Saint Rose, Louisiana (N3220522D0005); Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Charlottesville, Virginia (N3220522D0006); NAV Systems Inc., Chesapeake, Virginia (N3220522D0007); and NAVTECH Marine Electronics, Honolulu, Hawaii (N3220522D0008), were awarded a multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a shared ceiling of $55,940,500. This award fulfills Military Sealift Command’s (MSC) requirement to procure services and parts to maintain bridge electronic communication equipment, navigation equipment, steering gear, and various other navigational systems aboard MSC’s government-owned, government-operated fleet of 15 fleet replenishment oilers (T-AO); three fleet ocean tugs (T-ATF); two hospital ships (T-AH); two rescue and salvage ships (T-ARS); two submarine tenders (AS); 14 dry cargo, ammunition ships (T-AKE); two fast combat support ships (T-AOE); and 12 expeditionary fast transport ships (T-EPF). This contract also provides stated services for MSC’s government-owned, contract operated, large medium speed roll-on, roll-off ships USNS Seay (T-AKR 302); USNS Pililaau (T-AKR 304); USNS Sisler (T-AKR 311); and USNS Dahl (T-AKR 312). This contract includes one five-year ordering period that would with a cumulative contract ceiling value of $55,940,500. Work will be performed worldwide and is expected to be completed by Dec. 21, 2026. Working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $2,500 for the minimum guarantee for each offer will be obligated at time of award. Orders may be placed throughout the single five-year ordering period. Funding for fiscal 2022, in which initial orders are placed, will be utilized at that time. This modification adds undefinitized scope for the production, delivery, installation, and configuration of 29 Operational Data Integrated Network/Autonomic Logistics Information System kits as well as engineering evaluation and on-aircraft evaluation tests on Multi-Path Support Equipment (MPSE) candidates to demonstrate MPSE functionality to meet aircraft support requirements. This modification also adds definitized scope for a depot optimization study that evaluates optimal F-35 solutions for future depot component repair capabilities and material lay-in. Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company, Stratford, Connecticut, is awarded a $30,730,499 modification (P00001) to a firm-fixed-price order (N0001921F0709) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001919G0029). This modification increases the scope to procure 681 spare parts for the CH-53K low-rate initial production configuration aircraft. Katmai Technical Services LLC,* Anchorage, Alaska, is awarded a $21,126,941 firm-fixed-price contract for Ground Training Systems Support-West. The work to be performed provides range management services to include systems operation, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and landscaping. Ranges supported will include ground, air-to-ground, air combat, and small arms ranges. This contract contains two unexercised options, which if exercised would increase cumulative contract value to $21,126,941. Work will be performed at multiple Marine Corps installations and is expected to be completed by Nov. 4, 2023. Fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $9,577,403 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. General Atomics, San Diego, California, is awarded a $14,456,036 firm-fixed-price order (N0001922F0893) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001921G0014). This order provides facilities, labor, material, and logistics services in support of the correction of deficiencies identified during prior qualification cycles for the block A21/A22 sustainment phase of the advanced arresting gear for CVN 78 and testing sites. Work will be performed in San Diego, California (91.42%); Boston, Massachusetts (7.52%); Lakehurst, New Jersey (1%); and Tupelo, Mississippi (0.06%), and is expected to be completed in April 2023. Work will be performed in Northampton, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by April 2024. AIR FORCE

MilliporeSigma Corp., Burlington, Massachusetts; and Sheboygan, Wisconsin, has been awarded a $136,695,430 definitive contract to establish domestic production capacity of lateral flow membranes for COVID-19 testing and future rapid diagnostic needs. This contract provides for the increased production capacity of lateral flow membranes to support more than 83.3 million monthly (one billion annually) rapid diagnostic tests. Work will be performed in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2025. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and one offer was received. Fiscal 2022 America Rescue Plan Act funds in the amount of $136,695,430 are being obligated at the time of award. Leidos Inc., S&R and Intelligence System Services, Reston, Virginia, has been awarded a $44,439,158 modification (P00039) to previously awarded task order FA8730-19-F-0012 for installation, fielding and support of the Command and Control Incident Management Emergency Response Application (C2IMERA). This modification incorporates two additional 12-month option years. Work will be performed in Reston, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2023. Fiscal 2021 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $1,648,643 are being obligated at the time of award. MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded an $11,242,979 sole-source, hybrid (firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee) contract modification (P00019) under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case JA-P-NCO contract HQ085121C0001.  This Aegis FMS in-scope contract modification provides for procurement of a radar test asset under new and existing contract line item numbers.  The work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey.  The period of performance for this action is from time of award through April 30, 2023.  The total value of the contract increases from $298,244,736 to $309,487,715.  Case JA-P-NCO funds in the amount of $10,675,000 are being obligated at the time of award.  The Missile Defense Agency, Dahlgren, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
