ARMY

Ology Bioservices Inc.,* Alachua, Florida, was awarded a $176,286,308 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to advance the botulinum antitoxin monoclonal antibody cocktail (Anti-BoNT A/B Drug Product G03-52-01) to Food and Drug Administration licensure. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 3, 2028. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W911SR-22-D-0009).

NAVY

Reid Middleton,* Everett, Washington, is awarded a $100,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for civil and structural architecture-engineering services at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest area of operations. Work will be performed in Washington state (75%); Alaska (22%); Oregon (1%); Idaho (1%); and Montana (1%), and may also include other areas of the U.S., and worldwide. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months and is expected to be complete by January 2027. Fiscal 2021 military construction (Navy) design contract funds in the amount of $1,000 for the minimum guarantee are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Future task orders will be primarily funded by operation and maintenance (Navy); and military construction (Navy). This contract was competitively procured via the Contract Opportunities website with six proposals received. NAVFAC Northwest, Silverdale, Washington, is the contracting activity (N44255-22-D-1500).

Bell-Boeing Joint Project Office, Amarillo, Texas, is awarded a $7,841,053 modification (P00050) to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N0001917C0015). This modification provides for additional post-production repairs and related system engineering and program management support for the MV-22B Common Configuration Readiness and Modernization retrofit program. Work will be performed in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania (91%); and Fort Worth, Texas (9%), and is expected to be completed in March 2023.  Fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $163,933; and fiscal 2020 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,677,120 will be obligated at the time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY

Peraton Labs Inc., Basking Ridge, New Jersey, has been awarded a $19,278,529 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to support the Mission-Integrated Network Control program. Work will be performed in Basking Ridge, New Jersey (60%); Cambridge, Massachusetts (18%); Woburn, Massachusetts (15%); Memphis, Tennessee (5%); Miami, Florida (1%); and Sherman Oaks, California (1%), with an expected completion date of June 2025. Fiscal 2021 and 2022 research, development, test, and engineering funds in the amounts of $82,797 and $758,722, respectively, are being obligated at time of award. This contract was a competitive acquisition under broad agency announcement HR001121S0028. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity (HR001122C0024).

AIR FORCE

CORRECTION: The contract modification (P00006) announced Dec. 15, 2021, to The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri (SPE4A1-14-G-0007, FA8118-18-F-0249), for the Repair of B-52 Control Assembly contract line item numbers 0003 and 0004, was actually awarded Dec. 29, 2021.
