U.S. SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND

Anduril Industries Inc., Irvine, California, was awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (H92402-22-D-0001) with a maximum ceiling of $967,599,957 for a counter-unmanned systems, systems integration partner (SIP).  Fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $1,096,092 were obligated at time of the award.  The work will be performed in various locations within and outside the continental U.S., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 19, 2032.  This contract was competitively awarded under the authority of 10 U.S. Code § 2371b(a)(2)(B) for a follow-on production contract.  Twelve proposals were received in response to the SIP prototype project opportunity notice.  U.S. Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity. NAVY

General Dynamics NASSCO-Norfolk, Norfolk, Virginia, is awarded a $199,706,285 modification to exercise options on a previously awarded contract (N00024-22-C-4490) for the USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) fiscal 2022 docking selected restricted availability. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by June 2023. Fiscal 2022 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $176,384,678 (88%) will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $23,321,607 (12%) will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

Huntington-Ingalls Inc. – Newport News Shipbuilding, Newport News, Virginia, is awarded a $77,922,540 fixed-price incentive (firm target) modification to previously awarded contract N00024-15-C-2114; and a $12,527,844 cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-09-C-2116 to definitize the incorporation of the CVN 79 warfare system. Work will be performed in Newport News, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by June 2024. No contract funds are being obligated at this time. The Navy has transitioned CVN 79 from a two-phase to a single-phase delivery approach to meet both fleet requirements and a congressional mandate as codified in Section 124 of the Fiscal 2020 National Defense Authorization Act (Public Law 116-92). Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Detyens Shipyard Inc., North Charleston, South Carolina, was awarded an $18,218,202 firm-fixed-price contract (N32205R214212) for a 75-calendar day shipyard availability for the regular overhaul dry-docking on the dry cargo ammunition ship USNS Medgar Evers (T-AKE 13). Work will be performed in North Charleston, South Carolina, and is expected to commence March 1, 2022, and be completed May 14, 2022. Contract funds in the amount of $18,218,202 are obligated in fiscal 2022 working capital (Navy) funds. This contract was competitively procured with proposals solicited via the beta.sam.gov website and two offers were received. Snow & Company Inc.,* Seattle, Washington, is awarded a $10,599,776 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract N0002421D2255 to exercise options for workboat mediums for the Commander, Naval Installation Command. Work will be performed in Seattle, Washington, and is expected to be completed by May 2023. Fiscal 2022 other procurement (Navy) funding in the amount of $4,643,812 (74%); and fiscal 2021 other procurement (Navy) funding in the amount of $1,598,417 (26%) will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Patricia Romero, doing business as Pacific West Builders,* National City, California, is awarded an $8,896,449 firm-fixed-price task order (N6247322F4233) under previously-awarded multiple-award construction contract N62473-18-D-5818 to repair Warehouse Building 1978 and Automotive Organization Building 1974 at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California. Work will be performed in Twentynine Palms, California, and is expected to be completed by August 2023. Fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $8,896,449 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Goodwill Industries of San Antonio Contract Services, San Antonio, Texas, was awarded a $17,433,810 modification (P00017) to contract W81K04-18-C-0002 for medical record processing and storage services. Work will be performed in San Antonio, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 25, 2023. Fiscal 2022 and 2023 Defense Health Program funds; fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance, Army Reserve funds; fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance, Army National Guard funds; and fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance, Air National Guard funds in the amount of $17,433,810 were obligated at the time of the award. AIR FORCE

L3Harris Technologies Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a $27,132,724 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00088) to previously awarded contract FA8819-19-C-0002 for the Modularized Transitional Remote Tracking Station – Deployable effort under the Combat Mission Systems Support program. The contract modification provides telemetry tracking and commanding to space vehicles and improvements to the sustainment of the Satellite Control Network by providing better reliability, maintainability, and availability data, increasing maintenance data collection and will providing testing resiliency in support of the National Space Test and Training Complex. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by July 20, 2023. Fiscal 2020 through 2022 Space Force procurement funds in the amount of $27,132,724 are being obligated at the time of award. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $354,534,571. General Dynamic Information Technology, Falls Church, Virginia, has been awarded a $17,492,466 modification (P00013) to previously awarded contract FA4890-19-F-A022 for 480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing technical operations support. This modification exercises an option to extend the period of performance by one calendar year. Work will be performed at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia; and Beale AFB, California, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2023. Fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $17,492,466 are being obligated at the time of award. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $232,270,336. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Longhorn Regional Service Center, doing business as Kyrish Government Group, Killeen, Texas, has been awarded a maximum $16,600,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the supply of code and part number items and low demand non-stocked items for the automotive prime vendor program. This was a competitive acquisition with five responses received. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. Location of performance is Texas, with a Feb. 18, 2027, performance completion date. Using military services are Army, Air Force, Marine Corps and Navy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2022 through 2027 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Columbus, Ohio (SPE7LX-22-D-0061).
