iHealth Labs Inc., Sunnyvale, California, was awarded a $499,999,992 modification (P00001) to contract W58P05-22-C-0009 for COVID-19 antigen tests. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, California, with an estimated completion date of March 14, 2022. American Rescue Plan Act funds awarded in 2022 in the amount of $499,999,992 were obligated at the time of the award. General Dynamics Information Technology Inc., Falls Church, Virginia, was awarded a $171,000,000 hybrid (cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price) contract for support services for biomedical research application, evaluation. Dell Federal Systems LP, Round Rock, Texas, was awarded a $93,027,673 firm-fixed-price contract for purchase of VMWare software maintenance to support already purchased VMWare licenses. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Round Rock, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 28, 2023. Fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $93,027,673 were obligated at the time of the award. Young’s General Contracting Inc., Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was awarded a $17,554,969 firm-fixed-price contract for channel excavation, placing embankment material, design and construction of an unwatering system, traffic control, turf establishment and maintenance, surfacing, stockpiling and other work. Bids were solicited via the internet with eight received. Work will be performed in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 11, 2023. Fiscal 2022 civil construction funds in the amount of $17,554,969 were obligated at the time of the award. Pond Constructors Inc., Peachtree Corners, Georgia, was awarded a $9,742,238 modification (P00001) to contract W912DY-21-F-0025 for recurring maintenance and minor repair of petroleum systems. Work will be performed in Aiea, Hilo, Kaneohe, Kekaha, Wahiawa, Pearl Harbor, Ewa Beach, Wainae, and Honolulu, Hawaii; King Salmon, Shemya Island, Fairbanks, Delta Junction, and Anchorage, Alaska; and Peachtree Corners, Georgia, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 31, 2023. AIR FORCE

ARSC Federal Professional Services LLC, Beltsville, Maryland, has been awarded a $71,086,228 services contract for the Governance, Engineering and Operations Support II. Work will be performed in locations outside the continental U.S.; and Beltsville, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 21, 2027. This contract is 100 percent Foreign Military Sales. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $78,559,137. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (FA8730-22-C-0001).

New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, Socorro, New Mexico, has been awarded a $46,687,582 cost-reimbursement, cost-share partnership intermediary agreement to support technology transfer between small businesses and institutions of higher learning. The agreement provides for programs, projects and activities designed to catalyze the tech transfer and science, technology, engineering and math outreach objectives of Air Force Research Laboratory. Work will be performed in Albuquerque, New Mexico; Socorro, New Mexico; San Antonio, Texas; and El Paso, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2027. Fiscal 2022 research and development funds in the amount of $288,540 are being obligated at time of award. Air Force Research Laboratory, Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico, is the contracting activity (FA9453-22-3-0002).

Centauri LLC, Chantilly, Virginia, has been awarded a $39,527,629 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for research and development of distinguishing the effects of natural and manufactured threats to spacecraft, payloads and space services. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2026. Fiscal 2021 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $387,479 are being obligated at time of award. The Aerospace Corp., El Segundo, California, has been awarded a $22,845,000 modification (P00074) to previously awarded contract FA8802-19-C-0001 for Federally Funded Research and Development Center support. This modification provides for additional funding under the Need for Fee in accordance with Statement of Work Requirement 6.17. Work will be performed in El Segundo, California, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2022. No funds are being obligated at the time of award and the total cumulative face value of the contract is $4,493,351,651. Space Systems Command, El Segundo, California, is the contracting activity.

Technica Corp., Sterling, Virginia, has been awarded a $20,695,170 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (FA8307-19-F-0098) to previously awarded contract FA8732-14-D-0015 to exercise the third option period. The contract provides for weapon system engineering and maintenance services for the Cyberspace Vulnerability Assessment/Hunter weapon system. Work will be performed in Sterling, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 14, 2025. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and seven offers were received. Fiscal 2022 research and development; operations and maintenance; and 3840 procurement funds in the amount of $20,695,170 are being obligated at the time of award. Wolters Kluwer UpToDate Inc., Waltham, Massachusetts, has been awarded an $8,406,951 contract for physician clinical reference data base support services. The contract provides for a turn-key operation in support of the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency Virtual Library. Work will be performed in Waltham, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by Apr. 30, 2027. Fiscal 2022 Department of Defense funds in the amount of $1,096,320 will be obligated at the time of award. The total cumulative value of this contract is $8,406,951. NAVY

Serco Inc., Herndon, Virginia, is awarded a $64,411,044 firm-fixed price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00174-22-D-0006) for the Close-In Weapons System (CIWS) Alteration Installation Team (AIT). This contract provides support in performing the functions of an alteration installation team with the installation of ship alterations, ship change documents, and ordnance alterations as related to the CIWS on Navy, Army, Coast Guard and Foreign Military Sales vessels. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virginia (41%); San Diego, California (30%); Everett, Washington (6%); Mayport, Florida (6%); Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (5%); and various overseas ports (12%), and is expected to be completed January 2027. Fiscal 2022 weapon procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,000 will be obligated at time of award, of which none will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Bell Boeing Joint Program Office, Amarillo, Texas is awarded a $21,611,280 firm-fixed-price modification (P00015) to an order (N0001919F0305) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001917G0002). This modification exercises an option to procure 104 proprotor hub spring and drive link kits for the V-22 Osprey aircraft, to include 60 for the MV-22 aircraft; 10 for the CV-22 aircraft; 29 spare kits for the MV-22 aircraft; and five spare kits for the CV-22 in support of proprotor hub spring and drive link improvement efforts to improve safety, reliability, and maintainability of MV and CV V-22 Osprey aircraft. Work will be performed in Amarillo, Texas, and is expected to be completed in February 2024. Fiscal 2022 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $18,506,258; and fiscal 2022 aircraft procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $3,105,022 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. L3 Harris Technologies Inc., L-3 Telemetry and Radio Frequency Products, San Diego, California, is awarded a $15,304,080 firm-fixed-price modification (P00002) to a previously awarded contract (N0001921C0064). This modification exercises an option for the production and delivery of 255 modernized radios, to include 228 for the Navy and 27 for the government of the United Kingdom.  Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed in November 2023.  Fiscal 2022 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $12,963,456; fiscal 2022 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $720,192; and Foreign Military Sales customer funds in the amount of $1,620,432 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Lockheed Martin Space, Titusville, Florida, is awarded a $9,276,079 fixed-price-incentive, cost-plus-incentive-fee, and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00007) to exercise options under a previously awarded contract (N0003021C0100) for Trident II (D5) missile production and deployed systems support. Work will be performed in Denver, Colorado (29%); Sunnyvale, California (23.1%); Kings Bay, Georgia (15.3%); Bangor, Washington (10.5%); Washington, D.C. (10.1%); Cape Canaveral, Florida (6.5%); Titusville, Florida (5.3%); and other various locations (less than 1.0% each, 0.2% total). Work is expected to be completed Sept. 30, 2026. Fiscal 2022 operational and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $4,449,619; and fiscal 2022 research, development, test, and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,826,461 will be obligated, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Tuckman-Barbee Construction Co., Inc.,* Upper Marlboro, Maryland, is awarded a $7,753,000 firm-fixed-price task order (N4008022F4151) under a previously-awarded multiple-award construction contract (N40080-21-D-0024) for renovation of a hangar at Naval Support Facility Dahlgren. Work will be performed in Dahlgren, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by July 2023. Fiscal 2022 working capital (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,753,000 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This task order was competed under the previously-awarded contract, with six proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
