Walsh Federal LLC, Chicago, Illinois, was awarded a $30,521,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of a medium design vehicle maintenance shop. Bids were solicited via the internet with seven received. Work will be performed in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 16, 2023. Fiscal 2022 military construction, Army funds in the amount of $30,521,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Bids were solicited via the internet with seven received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 24, 2027. International SOS Governmental Medical Services Inc., Houston, Texas, was awarded a $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for medical support services. American Marine Corp.,* Honolulu, Hawaii, was awarded a $7,885,030 firm-fixed-price contract for harbor maintenance dredging. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Kaunakakai and Kahului, Hawaii, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2023. Fiscal 2019 and 2022 civil operation and maintenance, Corps of Engineers funds in the amount of $7,885,030 were obligated at the time of the award. NAVY

General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Connecticut, was awarded a $108,151,242 cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-20-C-4312 for Smart Start maintenance, repair, and modernization efforts in support of the USS Hartford (SSN 768) engineered overhaul. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by June 2022. Fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $47,161,861 (94%); and fiscal 2022 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $3,252,859 (6%) will be obligated at the time of award, and funds in the amount of $47,161,861 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Cianbro Corp., Pittsfield, Maine, is awarded a $7,610,236 firm-fixed-price modification to previously-awarded contract N40085-20-C-8500. This modifications provides for repairs to include the installation of pile sheeting outboard of the existing Berth 1 wall and placement of a concrete tremie plug to connect the new and existing walls at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Award of this modification brings the total cumulative contract value to $260,379,535. Work will be performed in Kittery, Maine, and is expected to be completed by April 2022. Fiscal 2019 military construction (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,610,236 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Atlantic, Officer in Charge of Construction Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining, Blairsville, Pennsylvania, has been awarded a maximum $26,999,900 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for research and development services. This was a competitive acquisition with one response received. This is an 18-month base contract with two 18-month option periods. Location of performance is Pennsylvania, with an Aug. 23, 2023, performance completion date. Using customer is Defense Logistics Agency. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2021 through 2023 research, development, test and evaluation funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Contracting Services Office, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SP4701-22-C-0025).

AIR FORCE

Leidos Inc., Reston, Virginia, has been awarded a $26,907,358 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the development of a mature prototype based on the first generation technology demonstrator, high-power microwave (HPM) counter unmanned aerial system (cUAS) prototype. Work will be performed in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2024. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and five offers were received. Fiscal 2021 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $2,000,000 will be obligated at the time of award. Air Force Research Laboratory, Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico, is the contracting activity (FA9451-22-C-0002).

DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY

Systems and Technology Research LLC,* Woburn, Massachusetts, was awarded a $15,045,878 modification (P00005) to previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract HR0011-21-C-0011 to exercise the Phase 1 option and Phase 2 option of the Joint All-Domain Warfighting Software (JAWS) program. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $30,223,049 from $15,177,171. Work will be performed in Woburn, Massachusetts; Alexandria, Virginia; Dayton, Ohio; Menlo Park, California; California, Maryland; and Columbia, Maryland, with an expected completion date of June 2023. Fiscal 2022 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $5,591,307 are being obligated at the time of award.
