BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services, Rockville, Maryland, has been awarded a $12,000,000,000 cost-plus-award-fee contract for Integration Support Contract (ISC) 2.0. The main function of ISC 2.0 is to support the government as the lead systems integrator and augment government resources for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon system systems engineering and integration and professional services. Work will be primarily performed at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 24, 2040. This award is the result of a competitive request for proposals through publication on the Federal Business Opportunities website and five offers were received. The Air Force Nuclear Weapon Center, Hill AFB, Utah is the contract activity (FA8207-22-D-0001).
Raytheon Co., Dallas, Texas, has been awarded an $18,974,402 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification (P00047) to contract FA8615-17-C-6051 to definitize all four Remote Interface Panel change orders. The basic Modular Mission Computer upgrade effort serves to resolve shortfalls in mission computer memory and throughput. No additional funds are being obligated as a result of definitizing these change orders. Work will be performed in McKinney, Texas, and is expected to be completed Dec. 31, 2024. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
CORRECTION: The $130,527,339 modification (P00032) announced June 21, 2022, for a contract to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Grand Prairie, Texas (FA8210-17-C-0001), for the Advanced Radar Threat System – Variant 2 (ARTS-V2) system is now expected to be completed June 21, 2024. The contract’s total cumulative face value will be $459,279,578.

Leo A Daly Perkins and Will, Washington, D.C., was awarded a $60,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for pre-design, design and construction phase services. Bids were solicited via the internet with 14 received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 23, 2032. General Dynamics Land Systems, Sterling Heights, Michigan, was awarded a $55,851,215 firm-fixed-price contract for the acquisition of Armored Ground Mobility System Heavy Platform Vehicles. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Vienna, Austria, with an estimated completion date of June 23, 2025. Under this modification, the performer will continue to further develop and refine their concept leading to a system requirements review – prototype (SRR-P). DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Kit Pack Co., Inc.,** Las Cruces, New Mexico (SPE4A2-22-D-0009, $13,098,895); and Science and Engineering Services LLC,* Huntsville, Alabama (SPE4A2-22-D-0012, $10,889,837), have each been awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract under solicitation SPE4A2-21-R-0003 for various aircraft structural components. This was a competitive acquisition with 19 responses received. These are four-year base contracts with two three-year option periods. The performance completion date is June 23, 2026. Using customer is Defense Department. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2022 through 2026 defense working capital funds. UPDATE: Maxor National Pharmacy Services, doing business as PickPoint, Fremont, California (SPE2D1‐22‐D‐0008, $45,000,000), has been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for patient monitoring systems, accessories and training, issued against solicitation SPE2D1-17-R-0001 and awarded Dec. 14, 2018.
NAVY
Huntington-Ingalls Industries – Ingalls Shipbuilding, Pascagoula, Mississippi, is awarded a $10,000,000 cost-plus-award-fee delivery order (N69316-22-F-6000) against previously awarded basic ordering agreement N00024-22-G-2303, to provide program management, advanced planning, engineering, and design in support of the post shakedown availability for DDG 123. Work will be performed in Pascagoula, Mississippi (75%); and San Diego, California (25%), and is expected to be completed by Nov. 30, 2023. Fiscal 2022 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $10,000,000 will be obligated at time of delivery order release. These contract funds in the amount of $10,000,000 will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) – only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
