ARMY

Nan Inc., Honolulu, Hawaii, was awarded a $53,164,515 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of a child development center. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Honolulu, Hawaii, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 12, 2025. Fiscal 2022 military construction, Army funds in the amount of $53,164,515 were obligated at the time of the award. Kiewit Infrastructure West Company, Honolulu, Hawaii, was awarded a $53,148,000 firm-fixed-price contract to construct a concrete rotary-wing aircraft parking apron, concrete taxiways with helipads and a concrete parallel taxiway at Wheeler Army Airfield. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Wahiawa, Hawaii, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2024. Fiscal 2022 military construction, Army funds in the amount of $53,148,000 were obligated at the time of the award. WASHINGTON HEADQUARTERS SERVICE

CORRECTION: The Prestige Development Services Inc., award (Sept. 27) for a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in the amount of $19,010,000 to procure heavy and civil construction on the Pentagon Reservation for up to 10 years was announced in the wrong contract number. The correct contract number is HQ003422D0026.

CORRECTION: The Empire Landscape LLC award (Sept. 27) for a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in the amount of $19,010,000 to procure heavy and civil construction on the Pentagon Reservation for up to 10 years was announced in the wrong contract number. The correct contract number is HQ003422D0025.

NAVY

Offshore Service Vessels, LLC of Cut Off, Louisiana (N3220519C3514), is awarded an $11,301,130 option (P00028) for the fixed-price portion of a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract with reimbursable elements to exercise a one-year option period to support the launch and recovery of U.S. Navy submersibles, divers, and small craft. This is the third, 12-month option and is part of a firm, fixed-price contract with reimbursable elements for one U.S. flag Jones Act, West Coast-based service support vessel, MV Alyssa Chouest. This contract includes a 12-month base period, three 12-month option periods, and one 11-month option period. Work will be performed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and at sea, and is expected to be completed, if all options are exercised, by September 6, 2024. The option is funded by Navy working capital funds for fiscal 23. The U.S. Navy’s Military Sealift Command, headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N3220519C3514).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Belleville Shoe Manufacturing, Co.,* Belleville, Illinois, has been awarded a maximum $10,401,507 modification (P00012) exercising the third one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-20-D-1208) with three one-year option periods for men’s and women’s combat, temperate weather boots. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. Location of performance is Arkansas, with an Oct. 10, 2023, ordering period end date. Using military service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2023 through 2024 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

UPDATE:  Imagine Milling Technologies, LLC,* Fullerton, California (SPE2DE-23-D-0001, $15,500,000) has been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for dental consumable items for the Defense Logistics Agency Electronic Catalog, issued against solicitation SPE2DE-20-R0007 and awarded June 10, 2021.

CORRECTION: The contract announced on Sept. 27, 2022 for AvKare, LLC, Pulaski, Tennessee (SPE2D2-22-D-0148) for $8,628,888 was announced with an incorrect award date and incorrect performance completion date. The correct award date is Oct. 4, 2022, and the correct performance completion date is Oct. 4, 2023.
