DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE CONTRACTS VALUED AT $7 MILLION AND ABOVE

ARMY

Inverness Technologies Inc., Annandale, Virginia, was awarded a $20,876,549 firm-fixed-price contract for support services for the Soldier for Life Transition Assistance Program. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed at Fort Knox, Kentucky, with an estimated completion date of June 3, 2023. Fiscal 2010 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $11,137,492 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Field Directorate Office, Fort Knox, Kentucky, is the contracting activity (W9124D-23-C-0011).

National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining, Blairsville, Pennsylvania, was awarded an $8,474,742 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to develop auxiliary power units for tactical wheeled or tracked vehicles and stationary power generation. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Blairsville, Pennsylvania, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 2, 2025. Fiscal 2022 research, development, test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $8,474,742 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-23-F-0008).

AIR FORCE

Delaware Resource Group of Oklahoma LLC, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has been awarded a $19,077,956 firm-fixed-price contract for the Aircrew Training Device/Aircrew Training Aid Services Program. This contract provides professional guidance, troubleshooting, modifications, production, and solutions on all education and training matters. Work will be performed at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, and is expected to be completed Feb. 28, 2027. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and seven offers were received. Fiscal 2023 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $21,028 are being obligated at the time of award. The Acquisition Management & Integration Center, Hampton, Virginia, is the contracting activity (FA4890-23-C-0010).

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $12,765,131 cost-plus-incentive-fee modification (P00063) to a previously awarded contract (N0001918C1048). This modification adds scope to procure an upgraded automated test equipment system to support the existing F-35 Joint Strike Fighter aircraft depot systems with a Windows 10 configuration for enhanced functionality, productivity and Department of Defense cyber compliance for the Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed in December 2024. Fiscal 2021 procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $6,382,566; and fiscal 2021 procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $6,382,566 will be obligated at the time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
