Canadian Commercial Corp., doing business as General Dynamics – Canada, Repentigny, Quebec, Canada, was awarded a $78,704,160 firm-fixed-price contract for the production of M67 propelling charges. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 27, 2028. General Dynamics Land Systems Inc., Sterling Heights, Michigan, was awarded a $15,542,933 modification (P00069) to contract W56HZV-19-C-0036 for the Mobile Protected Firepower program. Work will be performed in Sterling Heights, Michigan, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2023. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $15,542,933 were obligated at the time of the award. IAP-Design Build LLC,* Columbus, Ohio, was awarded a $13,873,153 firm-fixed-price contract for full facility restoration of a reserve training center. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed in Columbus, Ohio, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 29, 2025. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance, Army Reserve funds in the amount of $13,873,153 were obligated at the time of the award. NAVY
The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is awarded a $70,704,608 cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, cost reimbursable contract to provide integrated logistics support for the government of Kuwait in support of preparing Kuwait pilots for delivery of the Kuwait F/A-18E/F Super Hornets. The support will include general logistics support; logistics program management; logistics support to aircraft during pilot training within the continental U.S. (CONUS); maintenance of aircraft, aircraft armament equipment, F414 engines, and Sniper pods; logistics representative support within the CONUS, as well as both within the CONUS and outside the CONUS ferry support; packaging, handling, storage, and transportation; and program security tasks. Work will be performed in New Orleans, Louisiana (90%); St. Louis, Missouri (8%); various locations within the CONUS (1%); and various locations outside the CONUS (1%), and is expected to be completed in September 2026. Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $70,704,608 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Annapolis, Maryland, is being awarded a $14,845,901 modification to previously-awarded, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity requirements contract N61331-22-D-0001 to exercise an option for depot level repair, maintenance and modifications in support for the AN/AQS-24 Sonar Mine Detecting Set (all variants), Common Post Mission Analysis and Intermediate Level Test Equipment to support the Navy for the currently deployed airborne mine countermeasures legacy systems. Work will be performed in Annapolis, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by March 2024. There will be no funding assigned at the time of this modification. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Seqirus Inc., Summit, New Jersey, has been awarded a maximum $30,821,648 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract for the injectable influenza vaccine. This was a competitive acquisition with three responses received. This is a one-year contract with no option periods. Location of performance is Pennsylvania, with a March 1, 2023, ordering period end date. Using customers are Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2023 through 2024 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE2DP-23-D-0002).
AIR FORCE
Goodrich Corp., Westford, Massachusetts, was awarded a maximum $29,885,260 firm‐fixed‐price, cost reimbursable, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite‐delivery/indefinite‐quantity, single‐award contract for a multi‐country training on the DB-110/MS-110 RECCE Pod System and all associated systems. The contractor will provide the DB-110/MS-110 RECCE Pod System training to support the U.S. government and Air Force Security Assistance Training international partners’ mission objectives. The initial airborne and ground segment training will occur at the contractor’s Westford, Massachusetts; and Malvern, United Kingdom, training facilities. Follow-on and advanced training will be executed at designated training locations as outlined in the applicable task orders through 2026. This contract is the result of a sole‐source acquisition. Security and cooperation funds in the amount of $2,500 are being obligated at the time of award. Sonalysts Inc., Waterford, Connecticut, has been awarded a $9,885,351, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract modification (P00075) to the previously awarded Standard Space Trainer contract (FA8806-19-C-0002) for support and delivery, network, infrastructure, hardware, and architecture solutions. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $123,768,076. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 1, 2024. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $747,000 are being obligated at the time of award. DEFENSE HUMAN RESOURCES ACTIVITY
MullenLowe U.S. Inc., Boston, Massachusetts, is awarded a $19,641,340 firm-fixed-price modification (P00006) to previously awarded, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract H98210-19-D-0001 with reimbursable elements for the Office of People Analytics marketing and advertising services. The modification increases the total contract ceiling to $216,343,743 from $196,702,403 in order to execute additional quantity requirements for digital media including streaming video/radio and social media placements in support of the Department of Defense and the All-Volunteer Force. This contract includes a five-year base period and one 12-month option period. Work will be performed at the contractor’s facility with an expected completion date of Feb. 14, 2024. This contract was competitively procured with proposals solicited via the government-wide point of entry and three offers received. No funds are being obligated at the time of award.
