NAVY

Lockheed Martin Corp., Syracuse, New York, is awarded a $73,117,937 cost-plus-incentive-fee delivery order N00024-23-F-6211 under indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract N00024-19-D-6200 for the procurement of submarine modernization kits, equipment, and installation. Work will be performed in Syracuse, New York, and is expected to be completed by August 2025. Fiscal 2023 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $73,117,937 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

GSI-Pond JV LLC,* Flemington, New Jersey, is awarded an $11,783,755 firm-fixed-price task order (N3943023F4551) for work at Defense Fuel Support Point Guam. The work to be performed provides for cleaning, inspection, repairs, inspection of repairs, and coating on Tanks U2, S5, and U18. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and no option years, is $11,783,755. Work will be performed in Guam, and is expected to be completed by July 2026. Fiscal 2023 defense working capital (Office of the Secretary of Defense) funds in the amount of $11,783,755 will be obligated at time of award, and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This task order was competitively procured under a multiple award construction contract, with three offers received. Nammo Defense Systems Inc., Mesa, Arizona, is being awarded a $10,646,494 firm-fixed-price contract for the manufacture of JM-60 CKU-5 rocket catapult assembly for use on the advanced concept ejection seat in support of the F-16 aircraft. The contract will include a base with a two-year option, which if exercised, will bring the total value to $19,962,526. All work will be performed in Mesa, Arizona. Work is expected to be completed by June 2026; if the option is exercised, work will be completed by May 2028. Funds in the amount of $10,646,494 will be obligated at time of award. This effort involves funding under the Foreign Military Sales program. Funding sources include fiscal 2020 ammunition procurement (Air Force) funds (25%); Taiwan (13%); Saudi Arabia (13%); Egypt (13%); Greece (10%); Korea (6%); Morocco (5%); Pakistan (3%); Portugal (3%); Slovak Republic (3%); Bulgaria (2%); Chile (2%); Netherlands (1%); and Romania and Poland combined (1%). Funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with two offers received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00104-23-C-K023).

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services,* Atlanta, Georgia, was awarded a $35,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction management and quality assurance services. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of April 9, 2027. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

American Water Operations and Maintenance LLC, Camden, New Jersey, has been awarded a maximum $15,082,236 modification (P00185) to a 50-year contract (SP0600-09-C-8257) with no option periods for the ownership, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater utility systems at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. This is a fixed-price with economic-price adjustment contract. Location of performance is Virginia, with a March 5, 2060, performance completion date. Using military service is Army.
