NAVY
Lockheed Martin Corp., Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, was awarded $35,709,509 cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously-awarded contract N00024-13-C-5116 for AEGIS Combat System Engineering Agent (CSEA) efforts, which include the design, development, integration, test and delivery of Advanced Capability Build 20. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by December 2023. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test, and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $15,412,322 were obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. FFE Heapy JV LLC,* Cincinnati, Ohio, is awarded a $7,500,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity architect-engineering contract for multi-discipline architect-engineer (A-E) services in the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Crane, Indiana, area of operations. The work to be performed provides for A-E design and engineering services for various planned projects for construction, repair, replacement, demolition, alteration, and improvements for special projects and military construction (MILCON) facilities. Task order 0001 is being awarded at $104,521 for the seed project of the residential area water line, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Building 4, NSA Crane. Work will be performed primarily in Crane and Sullivan, Indiana. The term of the contract is not-to-exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of April 2028. Fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance, Navy (O&M,N) funds in the amount of $104,521 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Future task orders will be primarily funded by O&M,N and MILCON funds. This contract was competitively procured via the Sam.gov website, with four offers received. AIR FORCE
Newbegin Enterprises Inc., Piney Flats, Tennessee, has been awarded an $18,480,000 modification (P00003) to previously awarded contract FA4890-22-C-0012 to exercise Option Year One. The contract is a hybrid cost-reimbursable/firm-fixed-price definitive supply contract for an internet-based contractor operated parts store for the U.S. Air Forces Central. This contract provides for automotive and related vehicle parts, automotive chemicals, corrosion control materials, upholstery material, and accessories for vehicles and equipment. Work will be performed in the U.S. Central Command Area of Responsibility and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2027. Fiscal 2023 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $6,298,600 are being obligated at the time of award. Headquarters Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Sierra Vista, Arizona, has been awarded a $16,372,416 modification (P00023) to previously awarded contract FA8690-21-C-1001 for Global Hawk (RQ-4) aircraft sustainment. The contract modification is for the purchase of replenishment spares for operational use and to support depot repair, as well as two engineering change proposals to support diminishing manufacturing sources being produced under the basic contract. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $250,409,843. Work will be performed in the Republic of Korea, and Sierra Vista, Arizona. This modification involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to the Republic of Korea. The work is expected to be completed by Feb. 24, 2028. FMS funds in the amount of $16,372,416 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
L3 Harris Technologies Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a $14,314,050 modification (P0009) to previously awarded contract FA8819-22-C-0001 for the production of Counter Communication Systems for the Space Systems Command portfolio of ground-based electronic warfare. Work will be performed at Palm Bay, Florida, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 23, 2026. Fiscal 2023 procurement funds in the amount of $14,314,050 are being obligated at time of award. Space Systems Command, El Segundo, California, is the contracting activity.
DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Symmetry Energy Solutions LLC, Houston, Texas (SPE604-23-D-7515, $18,219,922); Direct Energy Marketing LLC, Princeton, New Jersey (SPE604-23-D-7507, $15,010,403): and Tiger Natural Gas Inc., Tulsa, Oklahoma (SPE604-23-D-7516, $11,990,293), have each been awarded a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, requirements contract under solicitation SPE604-22-R-0408 for pipeline quality direct supply natural gas. This was a competitive acquisition with 16 responses received. These are two-year contracts with a possible six-month carryover. Locations of performance are Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas, with a May 31, 2025, performance completion date. Using customers are Army, Air Force and federal civilian agencies. No money is obligated at time of award, using customers are solely responsible to provide funding and vary in appropriation type and fiscal year. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
