CAE USA Inc., Tampa, Florida, was awarded a maximum $89,939,500 firm‐fixed‐price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, single‐award contract for multi‐country training on the C-130B-T/L-100/L-382 aircrew and maintenance simulator. This contract provides for support to the U.S. government and Air Force Security Assistance Training international partners’ mission objectives. Work will be performed in Tampa, Florida, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2030. This is a sole‐source requirement. Foreign Military Sales in the amount of $2,500 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Installation Contracting Agency, 338th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio‐Randolph, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA3002-23-D-0009).

Koa Lani JV LLC, Orlando, Florida, was awarded an $18,433,614 firm-fixed-price task order for Air Combat Command satellite communications relay support for the Squadron Operations Center-Enterprise program. This contract provides for sustainment of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Squadron Operations Centers mission systems, the operations and maintenance of equipment, design and development, and installation of systems support of combat lines. Work will be performed at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2029. This contract was a competitive acquisition with six offers received. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $3,449,700 are being obligated at the time of award. Credence Dynamo Solutions LLC, Vienna, Virginia, was awarded a $7,845,368 firm-fixed-price Task Order for Flight Training Operations Support functions to Air Education and Training Command training squadrons. This contract provides for flight training operations support functions to include standardization and evaluation support, training support, and aircrew scheduling and programming support. Work will be performed at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas; Columbus AFB, Mississippi; Laughlin AFB, Texas; Vance AFB, Oklahoma; Altus AFB, Oklahoma; Lackland AFB, Texas; Pensacola Naval Air Station, Florida; Fort Rucker, Alabama; U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado; Tucson Air National Guard, Arizona; Little Rock AFB, Arkansas; and Luke AFB, Arizona, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2028.  This contract was a competitive acquisition, and four offers were received. Fiscal 2023 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $7,845,368 are being obligated at time of award. Bhate Environmental Associates Inc., Birmingham, Alabama, has been awarded a $7,842,283 firm-fixed-price contract for Military Working Dog Kennels (MWD Kennels). This contract provides for the construction of a new MWD Kennel facility, to include office space and training yard, and the deconstruction of the old facility. The location of performance is F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, and is expected to be complete by 450 calendar days after acknowledgment of notice to proceed.  This contract was a competitive acquisition, and five offers were received. Fiscal 2023 military construction funds in the amount of $7,842,283 are being obligated at the time of award. The 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY

Applied Physical Sciences Corp., Groton, Connecticut, was awarded a $15,272,429 modification (P00012) to cost-plus-fixed-fee contract HR0011-20-C-0100 for Phase 3D of a research project for undersea sensing systems. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $71,040,762 from $55,768,333. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut (57%); Arlington, Virginia (15%); Pawcatuck, Connecticut (15%); Orange, California (8%); and Concord, Massachusetts (5%), with an expected completion date of October 2024. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test, and engineering funds in the amount of $15,272,429, are being obligated at time of modification award. This contract was a competitive acquisition in accordance with original broad agency announcement HR001117S0034. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

Chenega Base & Logistic Services LLC,* Anchorage, Alaska, was awarded a $14,231,615 hybrid (firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials) contract for base operation support services for U.S. Army Garrison Fort Wainwright, Fairbanks, Alaska. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 29, 2024. U.S. Army 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Fort Shafter, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (W912CN-23-D-0015).
