Cleared Opportunities
NTS Technical Systems, an independent testing services company, is now rebranded as Element U.S. Space & Defense. This marks its focus on space and defense while still serving other markets. After Element Materials Technology’s acquisition, the company split, with NTS Labs joining Element’s portfolio and NTS Technical Systems becoming an independent entity. With the new rebrand, the company will now conduct business as Element U.S. Space & Defense, but its legal name will remain NTS Technical Systems, allowing for continuity under existing contracts, purchase orders and agreements.
CEO Dennis Pyatt stated that the company will continue to deliver high-quality testing and expand its capabilities for the U.S. Government and industrial base. This change marks a new chapter in its 63-year history of excellence in testing and compliance.
