DEFENSE CONTRACTS VALUED AT $7.5 MILLION AND ABOVE 

NAVY

BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services Inc., Rockville, Maryland, is awarded an $111,865,397 cost-plus-fixed fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This contract provides engineering and technical services to support the production, lifetime support engineering and in-service engineering for radio communication systems and command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems aboard Navy surface combatants and at associated shore sites. Work will be performed at St. Inigoes, Maryland (51%); and Norfolk, Virginia (49%), and is expected to be completed in April 2030. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued.  This contract was competed on a full and open basis with one offer received. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N0042125D0029).

CHIEF DIGITAL AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE OFFICE

Anduril Industries Inc., Costa Mesa, California, is being awarded a fixed amount production other transaction agreement (HQ0883-25-9-0001) with a value of $100,000,000. Under this award, the performer will scale its edge data integration services capabilities. The work will be primarily performed in the National Capital Region with an estimated completion date of November 2028. Fiscal 2024 and 2025 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $33,000,000 are being obligated at time of award. The production other transaction agreement was previously competed as a prototype other transaction under the authority of 10 U.S. Code 4022(a)(1). The production agreement is authorized under 10 U.S. Code 4022(f). Office of the Secretary of Defense Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

UPDATE: Nationwide IT Services Inc., Fairfax, Virginia (SP4709-25-D-0002, $11,930,670,028) has been added as an awardee to the multiple award contract for J6 Enterprise Technology Services 2.0, issued against solicitation SP4709-23-R-0001 and awarded Sept. 17, 2024. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Contracting Services Office, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
