DEFENSE CONTRACTS VALUED AT $7.5 MILLION AND ABOVE 

ARMY

Edman Bryan LLC,* Granite Falls, Minnesota, was awarded a $14,926,218 firm-fixed-price contract to convert a portion of a building into an aircraft parts facility. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2026. Fiscal 2025 military construction, defense-wide funds in the amount of $14,926,218 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, Nebraska, is the contracting activity (W9128F-25-C-0008).

AIR FORCE

URSA Major Technologies Inc., Berthoud, Colorado, was awarded a $7,650,000 firm-fixed-price contract for space launch system propulsion technology. This contract provides for follow-on work to mature advanced liquid rocket engines. Work will be performed in Berthoud, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by May 11, 2027. This contract was a competitive broad agency announcement acquisition, and one offer was received. Fiscal 2024 research and development funds in the amount of $7,650,000 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Research Laboratory, Edwards Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity (FA9300-25-C-6001).
