DEFENSE CONTRACTS VALUED AT $7.5 MILLION AND ABOVE

NAVY

General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Connecticut is awarded a not-to-exceed $1,065,310,000 undefinitized contract action modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-24-C-2110) for long lead time material associated with the Virginia-class Block VI submarines. Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, California (30%); Florence, New Jersey (5%); York, Pennsylvania (3%); Bethlehem, Pennsylvania (3%); Spring Grove, Illinois (2%); Manchester, New Hampshire (2%); Ladson, South Carolina (2%); Windsor Locks, Connecticut (2%); Minneapolis, Minnesota (2%); Tucson, Arizona (2%); Warren, Massachusetts (2%); Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin (1%); Farmingdale, New York (1%); and other locations less than 1% (43%), and is expected to be completed by September 2035. Fiscal 2025 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,065,310,000 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Bollinger Mississippi Shipbuilding is awarded a $951,612,999 fixed-price incentive (firm-target) modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-19-C-2210) for the detail design and construction of the Coast Guard Polar Security Cutter (PSC). The PSC’s mission will be to ensure continued access to both polar regions and support the country’s economic, commercial, maritime, and National security needs. Work will be performed in Pascagoula, Mississippi (56%); Boston, Massachusetts (7%); Peoria, Illinois (3%); Crozet, Virginia (3%); Atlanta, Georgia (3%); New Orleans, Louisiana (2%); Chicago, Illinois (2%); Harvey, Louisiana (1%); and other locations at or below 1% (collectively totaling 23%), and is expected to be completed by May 2030. No additional funding will be obligated at the time of award. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Sierra Nevada Co. LLC, Sparks, Nevada, is awarded a $45,511,237 firm-fixed-price contract for the production and delivery of 160 AN/APN-246 Beacons in support of upgrade efforts related to the precision approach and landing systems for the Navy. Work will be performed in Sparks, Nevada, and is expected to be completed August 2027. Fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $45,511,237 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competed. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity (N6833525C0246).

AIR FORCE

Accenture Federal Services LLC, Arlington, Virginia, was awarded a $336,825,863 cost-plus-fixed-fee, level of effort contract, with cost-reimbursable contract line-item numbers for travel and other direct costs, and a firm-fixed-price contract line-item number for data deliverables. This contract provides for a continuation of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities and the additions of MRO-Supply. Work will be performed at the contractor’s discretion and is expected to be completed by Oct. 7, 2030. Fiscal 2025 capital investment program-supply funds in the amount of $3,576,134 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8770-25-C-B004).

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, Florida, has been awarded a $208,119,025 modification (P00012) to a previously awarded contract (FA8682-23-C-B005) for air guided missile-158D development, test, and integration efforts. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2027. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $10,500,000 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Co., Largo, Florida, has been awarded an $8,746,898 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00088) to a previously awarded contract (FA8735-20-C-0001) for continued integration support and resolution of defects resulting from a gap analysis. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $198,509,615 from $189,762,717. Work will be performed at Largo, Florida, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2025. Fiscal 2024 research, development, test, and evaluation in the amount of $6,733,136 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, has been awarded a maximum $37,105,515 subsumable contract (SPRPA1-23-F-9003) under a five-year base contract (SPRPA1-22-D-001U) with one five-year option period for various P-8 aircraft commercial common consumables. This is a firm-fixed-price requirements contract. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a three-year base contract with one three-year option period. The performance completion date is June 30, 2026. Using military service is Navy. The type of appropriation is fiscal 2025 Navy defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics LLC,** as successor-in-interest to Science Applications International Corp., Fairfield, New Jersey, has been awarded a maximum $9,900,000 modification (P00001) adding funds to the 427-day bridge contract (SPE8E3-24-D-0010) with no option periods for facilities maintenance, repair and operations supplies. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. Locations of performance are Hawaii, Guam, and the Kwajalein Atoll, with a June 15, 2025, ordering period end date. Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2025 through 2026 defense working capital funds. Precision Custom Components LLC*, York, Pennsylvania, has been awarded a maximum $7,967,298 firm-fixed-price, one-time buy contract for aircraft carrier catapult water-break vented cylinders. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. The performance completion date is Nov. 29, 2028. Using military service is Navy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2025 through 2028 defense working capital funds. DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY

General Dynamics Information Technology, Falls Church, Virginia, was awarded a $15,000,000 contract modification (P00029) to extend the ordering period and ceiling value to a previously awarded competitive, single award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (HC1028-15-D-0007) to provide communications systems acquisition, integration, installation, operations, and maintenance in support of U.S. Air Forces Central Command (USAFCENT) deployed mission requirements. The ordering period is extended to Sept. 8, 2025, and the lifecycle value of this contract action is increased by $15,000,000. The total lifecycle value of the contract is $716,000,000.
