The Nutmeg Companies Inc.,* Norwich, Connecticut, was awarded a $15,201,340 firm-fixed-price services contract for building repairs at Westover Air Reserve Base. Work will be performed in Chicopee, Mass., with an estimated completion date of Aug. 11, 2027. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, Army Reserve funds in the amount of $15,201,340 were obligated at the time of the award. Meritus Solutions Group LLC,* Titusville, Florida, was awarded a $13,559,369 firm-fixed-price services contract for armed guard security services. Work will be performed in Cascade Locks; The Dalles; and Rufus, Oregon, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2030. Fiscal 2026 through 2030 Corps of Engineers civil funds in the amount of $13,559,369 were obligated at the time of the award. Amentum Services Inc., Chantilly, Virginia, was awarded a $12,000,000 modification (P00083) to contract W58RGZ-25-C-0003 for global aviation maintenance services. Work will be performed in Chantilly, Va., with an estimated completion date of March 10, 2026. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $320,008,866. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $12,000,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY

System High Corp., Chantilly, Virginia, has been awarded a $39,837,500 modification (P00030) to cost-plus-fixed-fee contract HR001122C0073 for program security services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $166,476,462 from $126,638,962. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia, with an estimated completion date of March 2027. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $12,863,000 are being obligated at the time of award. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

TAC Industries, Springfield, Ohio, has been awarded a $22,203,800 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery requirements contract for cargo low profile side nets and cargo top nets. This contract provides for the manufacture of cargo low profile side and top nets with associated tie downs. Work will be performed at Springfield, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by March 5, 2027. This contract was a sole source acquisition. No funds are being obligated at time of award. Perry Management Corp of South Dakota LLC, Wahiawa, Hawaii, was awarded a $21,973,319 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for municipal solid waste management services. This contract provides for all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform installation-wide municipal solid waste collection and disposal, to include asbestos disposal service. Work will be performed at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 31, 2031. This contract was a competitive acquisition and nine offers were received. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $2,247,189 are being obligated at the time of award. The 502d Contracting Squadron, JBSA-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA301626D0008).

Viasat Inc., Carlsbad, California, was awarded a $13,978,682 firm-fixed-price contract for global satellite communications. This contract provides services for Naval senior leadership communications-aircraft satellite communications provided for the Navy C-37 aircraft maintaining connectivity to support Naval senior leaders and very important persons with internet access to maintain and increase productivity and intelligence while in flight. Work will be performed globally and is expected to be completed by March 9, 2028. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $6,881,579 are being obligated at time of award. The Space Systems Command Commercial Space Office, Chantilly, Virginia, is the contracting activity (FA254126CB012).
