This contract will provide non-personal, global logistics support services and expertise to maintain program support and Enterprise management functions for U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). A solicitation (H92254-25-RE-001) for the Special Operations Forces Global Logistics Support Services II was posted to www.SAM.gov in September 2025 and four timely proposals were received in November 2025. One contract was competitively awarded using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 15 procedures and places of performance will be located throughout the U.S. and outside the continental U.S. Funding shall be provided on a task order basis and if all options are exercised, the contract would end on Aug. 10, 2038. Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $1,603,067,858 firm-fixed-price order (N0001926F2171) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001924G0010). This order procures initial spares for F-35 production aircraft to support the global and base spares pools, afloat spares packages, and deployment spares packages for the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, F-35 program partner, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed by September 2033. Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $754,705,797; fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $223,126,752; F-35 program partner funds in the amount of $138,793,588; and FMS funds in the amount of $486,441,721, will be obligated at the time if award. Walsh Federal LLC, Chicago, Illinois, is awarded a $487,972,063 firm-fixed-price contract for construction services for F-35 Aircraft Sustainment Center Phase I and CH-53K Composite Repair Facility. Work will be performed at the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) in Cherry Point, North Carolina, and is expected to be completed by May 2030. The maximum dollar value, including the base price and options, is $658,307,001. This contract is incrementally funded. NorthStar Maritime Dismantlement Services LLC, Vernon, Vermont, is awarded a $418,497,668 firm-fixed-price contract for the dismantling, recycling, and disposal of ex-Enterprise (CVN 65). Under this contract, ex-Enterprise will be dismantled in its entirety, and all resulting materials will be properly recycled or disposed of. Specifically, hazardous materials, including low-level radioactive waste, will be packaged and safely transported for disposal at authorized licensed sites. Work will be performed in Mobile, Alabama, and is expected to be completed by September 2030. Fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $415,497,668 will be obligated at the time of award. Leidos Inc., Reston, Virginia, is being awarded $64,812,131 for a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to support of the Hopper Global Communication Center (GCC) at the Office of Naval Intelligence in providing a broad range of engineering and technical support services to support the intelligence systems and applications that fall under the responsibility of Hopper GCC. The contract will include a four-year ordering period with no option provisions. Work performed under this contract will only be in response to awarded task orders and all work will be completed by July 2030. Work under the contract will be performed in Suitland, Maryland (88%), with the remaining work (12%) being performed at various locations inside and outside the U.S. based on the needs of Hopper GCC.
