Ocean Ships, Inc.,* Houston, Texas, is being awarded a $1,114,495,567 firm-fixed-price contract (N3220526C1224), inclusive of pass-through expenses for the operation and maintenance of seven government-owned Oceanographic Survey (T-AGS) vessels. The contract includes a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and one six-month option period pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-8. Work will be performed on a worldwide basis with the delivery of the vessels in 2026 and will conclude five-years and six months later in 2032, if all options are exercised. Working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $22,383,823 are obligated for fiscal 2026 and will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. This contract was competitively solicited as a total small business set-aside via the Government Point of Entry website, and three proposals were received. Patriot Contract Services LLC,* Concord, California, is being awarded a $746,045,386 firm-fixed-price award fee contract (N3220526C4070) inclusive of pass-through expenses for the operation and maintenance of U.S. States Naval Ship Transportation Auxiliary General Ocean Surveillance (T-AGOS) and Transportation Auxiliary General Missile Range Instrumentation (T-AGM) referred to collectively as the T-AGOS/T-AGM fleet. This contract contains a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods and one six-month option period under Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-8. The contract will be performed on a worldwide basis beginning with the delivery of the vessels in 2026 and will conclude five years and six-months later in 2032, if all options are exercised. Working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $18,165,081 are obligated for fiscal 2026 and will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. This contract was solicited as a total small business set aside, via the Government Point of Entry website and four proposals were received. Lockheed Martin Rotary and Missions Systems, Owego, New York, is awarded a $99,481,601 cost plus fixed fee order (N0001926F0174) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001923G0002). This order is for design, development, integration, and test of the radar data processor technology refresh into the MH-60R AN/APS-153 radar system for both domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) variants. Work will be performed in Farmingdale, New York (68%); Owego, New York (31%); and Stratford, Connecticut (1%), and is expected to be completed in April 2031. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $6,500,000; and FMS funds in the amount of $14,500,000, will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. General Electric Aerospace, Lynn, Massachusetts, is awarded a $46,532,340 modification (P00005) to a firm-fixed-price contract (N0001924C0019). This modification adds scope for the procurement of nine T408-GE-400 turboshaft engines, for Lot 10 variation in quantity, in support of CH-53K full-rate production aircraft for the Marine Corps. Work will be performed in Lynn, Massachusetts (labor surplus area), and is expected to be completed by September 2032. Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $46,532,340 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. SeaShield Technologies LLC,* Suffolk, Virginia, is being awarded $27,041,424 for a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in support of the Operational Test and Evaluation Force providing the Undersea Warfare Division 40 with analytical operational test and evaluation support services. The contract will include a five-year ordering period and a six-month option pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-8 which if exercised will bring the total estimated value of the contract to $29,921,764. Work under the contract will only be performed in response to awarded task orders. The specific places of performance for the test and evaluations are unknown at this time as they will be performed in various locations across the United States and overseas locations based on the needs of Undersea Warfare Division 40. The ordering period for the contract is anticipated to begin in May 2026 and continue through May 2031 and if the six-month option period is exercised the ordering period would continue through November 2031. Fiscal 2025 (Navy) research, development, test and evaluation funds in the contract’s minimum amount of $2,500 will be obligated at the time of award and will expire September 2026. Subsequent task orders under the resultant contract will be funded with appropriate fiscal year research, development, test and evaluation funds and the expiration of those funds will depend on the funds used when the orders are issued. This contract was competitively procured through the System for Award Management website (Sam.gov) with the solicitation posted as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside that provided for the award of a contract pursuant to FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) with four offers received. Avian Inc.,* Lexington Park, Maryland, is awarded a $14,003,997 modification (P00086) to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N0042122C0020). This modification exercises an option to provide continued engineering, program management and administrative support in support of the design, execution, analysis, evaluation, and reporting of tests and experiments for various aircraft, unmanned air systems, weapons, and weapons systems in support of the Test and Evaluation Program Leadership Division within the Naval Test Wing Atlantic for the Navy and Foreign Military Sales customers (FMS). Woodward Inc. Loves Park, Illinois, was awarded a $74,618,299 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery contract for the overhaul and upgrade of the common hydro mechanical unit for the T700 engine on UH-60 and AH-64 aircraft. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of April 26, 2029. Federal Contracting Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, was awarded a $50,703,647 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a large child development center at Joint Base San Antonio -Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. Range Generation Next LLC, Sterling, Virginia, was awarded a $14,018,348 modification (P00036) to contract W9113M-23-C-0062 for continued support of the Reagan Test Site in support of Kwajalein Islands operations. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $546,696,690. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2030. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $14,018,348 were obligated at the time of the award. M-K Construction Company Inc.,* Brownstown, Michigan, was awarded an $11,670,060 firm-fixed-price contract for breakwater repair at Lexington Harbor in Lexington, Michigan.
