AIR FORCE

General Dynamics Mission Systems Scottsdale, Arizona, has been awarded a $88,064,639 ceiling increase modification P00080 to previously awarded contract (HQ085022C0007) for Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture in support of the Tracking and Transport ground segment systems engineering integration and development. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $1,243,578,839 from $1,155,514,199. Work will be performed at Scottsdale, Arizona and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2029. Fiscal 2026 research development test and evaluation funds in the amount of $58,415,106 are being obligated at time of award. The Missile Warning and Tracking Portfolio Acquisition Executive, supported by the Space Development Agency, Washington, D.C, is the contracting activity.

Pond-IMEG JV, Peachtree Corners, Georgia, has been awarded a $50,000,000 ceiling indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity firm-fixed-price contract for architect-engineer services. This contract provides for A-E services. Services include engineering studies, investigations, tests, evaluations, consultations, drawings, renovations and repair projects, new construction, preparation of project definition and programming documents, charrettes, preparation of the technical portions of design-build solicitations, value engineering studies, environmental permit applications, geotechnical reports and reviews, construction phase support, and facility condition assessments. Work will be performed at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee, and is expected to be completed by Oct. 08, 2034. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and ten qualification packages were received. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $6,875 are being obligated at the time of award. Ophir Corp.*, Littleton, Colorado, has been awarded a $34,619,699 firm-fixed-price contract for repair. This contract provides for the repair of the B-2 Pilot Alert System. Work will be performed at Littleton, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by October 2036. This contract was a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 working capital funds in the amount of $34,619,699 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Sustainment Center, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (FA8119-27-D-0001).

NAVY

General Dynamics Applied Physical Sciences Corp., Groton, Connecticut was awarded a $49,945,664 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for Engineering and Technical Design to support Research and Development in the areas of platform-based development, prototyping and demonstration, advanced hull treatment design, acoustic and non-acoustic signature measurement technologies and special studies of foreign technologies. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by September 2030. Fiscal 2025 Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (Navy) Reconciliation funds in the amount of $3,000,000 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire until September 2029. This contract was competitively procured via Broad Agency Announcement listed on the System Award Management (SAM.gov) website, with one offer received.
