Is your resume bullet-proof? Or could it use a little help? As important as online networking is a resume is still a critical component of your job search – resumes aren’t going anywhere, and the better yours is the more likely you are to get a job offer.

We have good news for veterans – not only do we have a robust (and completely free) online resume resource template center, for the month of November we’re also giving away one free resume review each week.

For a chance to win, simply join one of our veteran-specific groups. We have targeted groups for Navy vets, Air Force vets, Army vets, Marines and Wounded Warriors. By joining one of those groups this month you’ll have a chance to win a professional resume review and refresh. Improving your resume is one of the best ways to get noticed. If you’ve been on the job search for awhile, improving your resume is a great way to add new energy to your efforts. (Another good tip – make sure your cover letters are top notch).

The professional resume review – valued at $500 – will be provided by Amy Schofield, an Academy Certified Resume Writer and personal and professional branding consultant.

In addition to our veteran-specific Cleared Network groups, we have a number of other groups, divided by skills such as Cybersecurity, regions of the country, and more. Join groups to get targeted job listings and to connect with recruiters looking for you.
