Lockheed Martin Missile Fire Control, Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a $360,667,452 modification (P00029) to foreign military sales contract (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Korea) W31P4Q-14-C-0034 for PATRIOT PAC-3 modification price requirements and additions. Work will be performed in Grand Prairie and Lufkin, Texas; Camden, Arkansas; Chelmsford, Massachusetts; Huntsville, Alabama; and Anaheim, California, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2018. Contractor will provide serviceable components and subsystems to include radar, telemetry, and optics systems for 28 test ranges across the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, NASA, and seven foreign governments. PKL Services Inc., Poway, California, has been awarded a $62,629,505 firm-fixed-price contract for Royal Saudi Air Force F-15 C/D/S maintenance upgrade training. Work will be performed at the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2016. This contract is 100 percent foreign military sales to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Contractor will provide development, design, and integration and demonstration of a low SWaP-C (size-weight-power and cost) seeker prototype capable of providing day and night navigation and precision terminal homing to a weapon platform which may engage moving, locatable and stationary targets in a contested environment where the Global Positioning System may not be reliably available. Work will be performed at Orlando, Florida, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 18, 2017. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with 17 offers received. The Boeing Co., Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $178,057,663 modification to a previously awarded fixed-price-incentive-firm contract (N00019-12-C-0112) for the update and modification of P-8A multi-mission maritime aircraft training systems, including 16 operational flight trainers; 13 weapons tactics trainers; and four part task trainers, as well as a training systems support center and electronic classrooms located at the Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida; Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Washington; Dallas, Texas; and St. Louis, Missouri. Raytheon Co., McKinney, Texas, is being awarded a $28,173,587 firm-fixed-price job order modification under previously awarded basic ordering agreement N00164-12-G-JQ66 for procurement of multi-spectral targeting systems (MTS) and data for use on the Navy MH-60R multi-mission helicopter. The MTS system is an airborne, electro-optic, forward-looking, infra-red, turreted sensor package that provides long-range surveillance, high altitude target acquisition, tracking, range-finding, and laser designation, and for all tri-service and NATO laser guided munitions. The contract will result in the production and delivery of 29 MTS’s. The work will be performed in McKinney, Texas, and is expected to be completed by May 2017. Fiscal 2015 aircraft procurement (Navy) funding in the amount of $28,173,587 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. RAMSYS GmbH, Ottobrunn, Germany, is being awarded a $28,106,269 firm-fixed-price contract for the recertification of MK-44 Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) guided missile weapon system rounds. This involves recertification of 342 Block 1A MK-44 Mod 3 RAM guided missile round pack all-up-rounds. The RAM guided missile weapon system is co-developed and co-produced under an international cooperative program between the governments of the U.S. and Federal Republic of Germany. RAM is a missile system designed to provide anti-ship missile defense for multiple ship platforms. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $34,475,414. Work will be performed in Ottobrunn, Germany (99.4 percent); and Tucson, Arizona (0.6 percent), and is expected to be completed by September 2021. This contract involves a purchase by the German government as a result of an international agreement between the governments of the U.S. and Germany. German government is funding this effort and contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-4 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 206.302-4, pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(4). Cole Engineering Services Inc., Orlando, Florida, is being awarded a $26,691,656 firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of an aggregate-level simulation system, called the Marine Air Ground Task Force Tactical Warfare Simulation System (MTWS), in support of Program Manager Training Systems, Orlando, Florida. The MTWS system provides an interactive, decision-based, real-time war game representing the six warfighting functional areas of fires, command and control, aviation, logistics, maneuver, and intelligence. MTWS is designed to support the training of commanders and their staffs in exercises involving live and simulated land, air and naval forces at all operational command levels. Work will be performed in Quantico, Virginia (35 percent); Camp Pendleton, California (20 percent); Camp Lejeune, North Carolina (15 percent); Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii (15 percent); and Okinawa, Japan (15 percent), and is expected to be completed by December 2020. No funds will be obligated at the time of award, and all funding will be applied to subsequent task orders. BAE Systems Electronics, Intelligence & Support/Electronic Solutions, Nashua, New Hampshire, is being awarded a $20,939,424 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the procurement of 284 full-rate production Lot VI of the integrated defensive electronic countermeasures AN/ALE-55 fiber optic towed decoys in support of the F/A-18E/F aircraft. In addition, this award provides for support logistics and engineering efforts for the AN/ALE-55, including field support and repairs, failure analysis, investigations, and corrective actions recommendations.
