This was a competitive acquisition with 54 responses received. This is a five-year base contract with one five‐year option period. Location of performance is Massachusetts, with a Feb. 15, 2027, ordering period end date. Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2022 through 2027 defense working capital funds. Dental Health Products,* New Franken, Wisconsin, has been awarded a maximum $48,000,000 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for dental consumable items for the Defense Logistics Agency Electronic Catalog. This was a competitive acquisition with 15 responses received. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. Location of performance is Wisconsin, with a Feb. 20, 2027, ordering period end date. Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2022 through 2027 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE2DE-22-D-0014).

Hiland Dairy Food Co., LLC, Springfield, Missouri (SPE300-22-D-V006, $15,000,000); and Hiland Dairy Food Co., LLC, Springfield, Missouri (SPE300-22-D-V009, $15,000,000) have each been awarded a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract under solicitation SPE300-22-R-0005 for fresh milk and dairy support. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. These are three-year contracts with no option periods. Locations of performance are Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas, with a March 15, 2025, ordering period end date. Using customers are Army, Air Force and Coast Guard. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2022 through 2025 defense working capital funds. The contracting agency is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Saft America Inc., Valdese, North Carolina, has been awarded an estimated $9,350,066 indefinite-quantity contract for radio equipment storage batteries. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a three-year contract with no option periods. Location of performance is North Carolina, with a Feb. 17, 2025, performance completion date. Using military services are Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2022 through 2025 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Columbus, Ohio (SPE7LX-22-D-0083).

KG, Amberg, Germany (W912GB-22-D-0006); Sociedad Española De Montajes Industriales S.A., Madrid, Spain (W912GB-22-D-0007); SKE Support Services GmbH, Goldbach, Germany (W912GB-22-D-0008); Wayss & Freytag Ingenieurbau AG, Frankfurt Am Main, Germany (W912GB-22-D-0009); and Wolff & Muller Government Services GmbH & Co. KG, Stuttgart, Germany (W912GB-22-D-0010), will compete for each order of the $400,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide design-build and design-bid-build construction services in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Bids were solicited via the internet with 14 received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 15, 2027. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, European District, is the contracting activity.

NAVY

CMS Corp.,* Bargersville, Indiana (N69450-17-D-0506); EMR Inc.,* Niceville, Florida (N69450-17-D-0507); Leebcor Services LLC,* Williamsburg, Virginia (N69450-17-D-0508); MOWA Barlovento LLC JV,* Gautier, Mississippi (N69450-17-D-0509); Whitesell-Green Inc.,* Pensacola, Florida (N69450-17-D-0510), are awarded a combined $64,800,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract modification to previously awarded contracts for construction projects located within the Tennessee, Mississippi, Florida Panhandle area of operations (AO) managed by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast. This modification provides for the new construction, renovation, alteration, demolition, repair work, and any necessary design including:  industrial, airfield, aircraft hangar, aircraft traffic control, infrastructure, administrative, training, dormitory, and community support facilities. The contract modification increases the contract maximum not-to-exceed capacity from $99,000,000 to $163,800,000. After award of this modification, the total cumulative value for all five contracts will be $163,800,000. Work will be performed in Florida (49%); Mississippi (35%); Tennessee (15%); and the remainder of the NAVFAC Southeast AO (1%). The term for all five contracts combined will not exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of June 2022. No funds will be obligated at time of award. Future awards will be primarily funded with operation and maintenance (Navy) and military construction (Navy) funds. NAVFAC Southeast, Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Rockwell Collins Inc., Military Avionics & Helicopters, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has been awarded a $99,600,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for avionics sustaining engineering services. This contract provides for propitiatory engineering services and support for recurring and non-recurring requirements relating to the E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System. Work will be performed in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and is expected to completed by Feb. 11, 2032. This contract is 35 percent Foreign Military Sales to NATO. This award is the result of a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $838,118 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (FA8102-22-D-0001). (Awarded Feb. 11, 2022)
