Raytheon Missiles & Defense, a Raytheon Technologies business, wants candidates to apply at their Tucson location. For specific on-site roles, like engineering and finance, they are offering sign-on bonuses up to $50,000. Fighting back against the remote work surge, Raytheon is offering candidates a way to offset their desires to work from home with some upfront cash.

Security Clearance Positions In-Demand

And for finance candidates with an active security clearance, Raytheon is offering sign-on bonuses for certain positions. And engineers, regardless of current clearance status, should apply. Bonuses are also available for engineers. Of course, if you’re ready to switch up your jobs and you have an active security clearance, the bonus amounts do increase.

“Raytheon Missiles & Defense is the world’s leading defense integrator, and we need employees with expansive thinking and the ability to boldly innovate,” said Heather Bigley, senior director for Talent Acquisition at Raytheon Missiles & Defense. “Tucson continues to be a top ranked city to live, and we offer the opportunity to work on critical defense systems protecting democracy around the globe.”

Need to Relocate? There’s Money for That TOO

You don’t have to live in Arizona in order to snag this deal – you just have to be willing to move there. But in addition to a sign-on bonus, Raytheon is also promising robust relocation packages that include benefits such as relocation allowance, household goods and auto transport, storage, temporary housing, spouse career assistance and more.

With competitive benefits, such as insurance, 401k matching, tuition support, and donation matching for select organizations, Raytheon Missiles & Defense is committed to the development and growth of their employees. The company has been named in the top 50 companies for diversity by DiversityInc., a top company for Veterans, and on Forbes’ list of World’s Best Employers.
