Microsoft is launching a pilot program tailored for military spouses to provide training in Technical Program Management (TPM). The program aims to equip participants with the technical and professional skills needed for transportable roles in the tech industry, enabling remote employment as a TPM. Running from October 14, 2024, to February 27, 2025, the 17-week program offers live virtual instruction and hands-on labs covering topics such as program management methodologies, data analytics, Python programming, and Azure fundamentals. Participants can engage in real-world scenarios and gain operational frameworks for success as TPMs, with opportunities to interview with Microsoft Partner companies. Applications are open May 13–27, and interested candidates can find more details and resources on the MSSA—Military Spouse website.
