General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Connecticut, is awarded a not-to-exceed $2,305,530,000 undefinitized contract action modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-24-C-2110) for long lead time material and early manufacturing (pre-construction award) efforts associated with Virginia-class Block VI submarines. Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, California (30%); Chesapeake, Virginia (4%); Minneapolis, Minnesota (4%); York, Pennsylvania (3%); Tucson, Arizona (3%); Spring Grove, Illinois (3%); Jacksonville, Florida (3%); Stoughton, Massachusetts (2%); Newport News, Virginia (2%); Warren, Massachusetts (2%); Windsor Locks, Connecticut (2%); South El Monte, California (2%); Portsmouth, New Hampshire (2%); Milwaukee, Wisconsin (1%); Goose Creek, South Carolina (1%); El Cajon, California (1%); and all other locations less than 1% (35%), and is expected to be completed by September 2035.  Fiscal 2026 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,972,897,500 (93%); and fiscal 2025 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $150,000,001 (7%) will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Parker Hannifin Corp., Irvine, California, is awarded $11,567,431 for a firm-fixed-price delivery order (N00383-26-F-BN0B) under a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00383-24-G-BN01) for the overhaul of the 583 Secondary Bleed Air Pressure Regulating Valves used on the F/A-18 aircraft. All work will be performed in Irvine, California, and is expected to be completed by December 2028. Fiscal 2026 working capital funds (Navy) in the contract’s full amount of $11,567,431 will be obligated at time of award and those funds will not expire at the end of the applicable fiscal year. One company was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), with one offer received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

SOFX Inc.,* Charleston, South Carolina, has been awarded a maximum $11,655,000 modification (P00012) exercising the third one‐year option period of a one‐year base contract (SPE1C1‐23‐D‐0046) with three one‐year option periods for extreme cold/wet weather jackets. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. Location of performance is Tennessee, with a May 11, 2027, ordering period end date. Using military services are Army and Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2027 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
