Nine times out of ten, if I can’t find the candidate on ClearanceJobs.com, I’m surprised.” In fact, Linthicum is so certain he’ll get the response he needs by posting on ClearanceJobs.com, most of the time he doesn’t even bother searching the database. “I don’t have to search as aggressively on ClearanceJobs.com. Many times I just sit back and let the site do the work for me — which makes my job easier.”
