US Foods Phoenix Division, Phoenix, Arizona, has been awarded a maximum $75,250,000 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-quantity contract for full-line food distribution. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. Location of performance is Arizona, with a Jan. 23, 2027, ordering period end date. Using customers are Air Force, Army, Job Corps Center, Department of Homeland Security-Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and a detention center. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2022 through 2027 defense working capital funds. Lions Services, Charlotte, North Carolina, has been awarded a maximum $10,896,000 modification (P00010) exercising the second one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-20-D-B082) with two one-year option periods for improved retention H-Nape helmet chin straps. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. Location of performance is North Carolina, with a Jan. 28, 2023, ordering period end date. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2022 through 2023 defense working capital funds. Terrapin Utility Services Inc., Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, has been awarded a maximum $9,706,320 modification (P00131) to an existing 50-year contract (SP0600-05-C-8250) with no option periods for water and wastewater utility services. This is a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract. Location of performance is Maryland, with a Feb. 1, 2056, performance completion date. Using military service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2022 through 2056 operations and maintenance funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

ARMY

Leidos Inc., Reston, Virginia, was awarded a $104,512,000 hybrid (cost-no-fee, firm-fixed-price) contract for technology refresh, concurrency upgrades and production of legacy gunnery training simulation systems. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 24, 2027. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity (W900KK-22-D-0004).

Alta Via Consulting LLC, Loudon, Tennessee, was awarded a $17,343,452 labor-hours contract for systems engineering and technical assistance support services. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 23, 2024. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, is the contracting activity (W52P1J-22-F-0088).

AIR FORCE

Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Tucson, Arizona, has been awarded a $91,773,155 contract modification (P00004) to previously awarded contract FA8672-21-C-0005 for StormBreaker (SDBII, GBU-53/B) production all up rounds and containers. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona, and is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2026. This award is the result of a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2022 missiles procurement funding in the amount of $91,773,155 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity.

NAVY

General Dynamics National Steel and Shipbuilding Co. (NASSCO), San Diego, California, is awarded a $47,672,062 firm-fixed-price contract for a dry-docking selected restricted availability in support of the USS Curtis Wilbur (DDG-54) to accomplish maintenance, repair, and modernization of the ship prior to the its next deployment. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $51,445,079. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by September 2023. Fiscal 2021 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $45,120,408 (95%); and fiscal 2022 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,551,654 (5%) will be obligated at time of award, of which $2,551,654 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the beta.sam.gov website, with two offers received. The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity (N55236-22-C-0001).
