Veterans and military spouses reskilling for a career in tech on Trailhead Military now have exclusive, direct access to 200 Salesforce employees for 1:1 career conversations. Salesforce employees from around the world will be providing mock interviews, resume reviews, feedback on elevator pitches, general career advice, and more, to help Trailhead Military members prepare to launch and grow their new tech career.
To power these career conversations, Salesforce is partnering with Veterati, an innovative mentorship platform that provides veterans and military spouses with on-demand access to a robust network of successful professionals who are available to give personalized, 1:1 career advice.
Salesforce has directly supported the military community for more than 5 years with access to free, virtual, self-paced training opportunities through Trailhead Military. In 2019, the Salesforce Military Alliance was launched to accelerate the hiring of veterans and military spouses in the Salesforce ecosystem. The Alliance provides Trailhead Military members who earn a Salesforce certification with guaranteed job interviews with 24 companies including Amazon, Deloitte, HigherEchelon, Coastal Cloud, and more.
