Fiscal 2026 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $59,092,397 (73%); and fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $21,500,339 (27%), will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Raytheon Corp., Fullerton, California, is awarded a $206,227,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract. This contract provides for the design, engineering, integration, testing, and verification/validation of M-Code Global Positioning System capabilities into the AN/USN-3(V)1 Joint Precision Approach and Landing System, as well as for the procurement of four engineering development models for the Navy. Work will be performed in Fullerton, California (60%); and Cedar Rapids, Iowa (40%), and is expected to be completed in April 2030. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $11,500,000 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Prescient Edge Corp., McLean, Virginia, is awarded an $11,302,394 cost-reimbursement contract (N6600126C0027) for specialized technical support to the Navy’s Project Overmatch program for the end-to-end testing, refinement, and rapid operationalization of its robotic autonomous systems. Work will be performed in San Diego, California; Port Hueneme, California (30%); the National Capital Region, including Lexington Park, Maryland; Laurel, Maryland; Tysons, Virginia; and Washington, D.C. (30%); various locations within the continental U.S., including Stennis, Mississippi; Norfolk, Virginia; Jacksonville, Florida; Key West, Florida; and Tampa, Florida (20%); and various locations outside the continental U.S., including Portugal, Germany, Bahrain, Ecuador, Panama, and Honduras (20%). This one-year contract includes four one-year options which, if exercised, would bring the overall potential value of this contract to an estimated $59,309,378. The period of performance of the base award is from April 28, 2026, through April 27, 2027. If all options are exercised, the period of performance would extend through April 2031. Funds from research, development, test, and evaluation will be obligated at the time of award, of which $1,560,063 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
